Improve and Renovate the Hotel
The hotel paint is long time, in the rooms you still use old TV , not enough channels for non Uganda! The hotel looks like old and dark inside! The amount paid is not worth as service

Good hotel, Bad Expedia experience
The hotel is nice and works well for my needs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Expedia did not have a contract with this hotel, even though they took my money online before my trip! A local agent for Expedia took the payment without having an agreement with this hotel and without notifying the hotel about my stay. I arrived and there was no booking for me. I showed my paid receipt. The hotel knew me from a previous stay so they allowed me a room while this got sorted out. The hotel manager was very helpful and I learned that in order to get the payment, she had to accept higher commission costs than normal. I find this to fraudulent on Expedia's part. Taking my full payment without and agreement with the hotel to do so is completely wrong.
As I said, the hotel made it right for me but at a cost for them. A++ on the hotel, F for Expedia.
