AFantastic! Nelson greeted me with such warmth and gave me a detailed tour of the facilities. Rosert, who always has a smile on his face at the front desk, was so kind and helpful, just like the other receptionists. The housekeeper girl was incredibly friendly. The location is superb, right next to a wonderful large mall, and very secure.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a large shopping mall and restaurants. Free buffet style breakfast. Good transportation, Uber, Taxi, and many boda. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Kampala, Uganda

The service was terrible and after asking for glasses and plates they were not given to us and the rooms were smelling sewerage and after complaining no action was taken and the sink was leaking and no action was taken
