Child-friendly apartment with terrace, 800m to the beach

Our child-friendly holiday home is located in the beautiful Mecklenburg countryside and is only a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea natural beach.
Our apartment has a nice bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee maker and
Toaster, a cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 people. A satellite TV, DVD and music system, one
Dining area and two bedrooms, laminate floors and bathroom tiles. This apartment has one
own terrace. Terrace furniture and parasols are available. You will find in the bedroom
a cozy double and single bed. For the beach excursions we also have a handcart for you.
And for the somewhat cooler days, our apartment has individually adjustable heating. For the little ones
A high chair and toys are available for guests. There is a parking space for your car on the property
to disposal.

Ferienwohnung mit Potential

Leider gab es an den Fenster keinerlei Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, was das Einschlafen von kleinen Kindern im Sommer vor 22 Uhr unmöglich macht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist lückenhaft: Es fehlt z.B. an einem Kochlöffel oder scharfen Messern. Die Badewanne ist geräumig, jedoch direkt unter einer Dachschräge, was das Duschen erschwert. Ein Kleiderschrank, mit teilweise durchgebogenen und schlecht montierten Regalböden, für max. 6 Personen ist etwas wenig. Die Dachfenster bedürfen einer dringenden Erstreinigung. Zudem müssten sämtliche Schrankscharniere neu eingestellt werden. Die Bettdecken und Kissen sowie die Betten an sich haben es hinter sich. Die Einrichtung ist eher low-budget, im Gegensatz zum Mietpreis. Der WLAN-Empfang ist im Dachgeschoss oft unterbrochen, einen WLAN-Repeater gibt es nicht.

Ordentliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

An dieser Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Dachschrägen könnten für große Menschen hinderlich sein. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: - Preis / Leistung - Ruhige Lage - Pkw-Stellplatz vorhanden - Sauberkeit - WLAN Neutral: - Ausstattung des Wohn- und Schlafbereichs Negtativ: - Treppe zum OG steil und kein Geländer - Schlafzimmerfenster keine Vorhänge bzw. Rollos - relativ großer Platzverlust durch Schrägen - Verfügbarkeit von ausreichend warmem Wasser begrenzt - Duschmöglichkeit unzureichend Fazit: Im Verhältnis zum Preis, trotz leichter Abstriche, empfehlenswert.
