First of all; the location is breathtaking and if it weren´t for following issues, this placee would get a very high grade from us!
At arrival, we were offred to upgrade to a room with better view for 15 euro extra, witch we accepted.
At the room I quickly noticed that the fridge was not working, which I told the reeceptionist who said that she would tell the manager later when he came in.
Later I went to ask and got the answer that they would try to get service for it in the morning.
This continued the other day and to keep a long story short, the fridge never got fixed and I never got any update on the matter except when I went to ask for myself, nor were we offered any compensation of any kind.
The staff provided us to leave the things we wanted to keep cool to them, but it´s not really convinient to leave the room and ask for help every time you want your water etc.
In addition to this, the AC was very poor and did not cool at all at first. After a man came in and removed a filter that was so thick of dust that it had completely blocked the airflow, it got a little butter but still had to be on 24/7 to keep the room at decent temperature.
At check out, I asked the receptionist if they could skip the 15 extra euros that were to be paied for the room upgrade, as a gesture for the broken fridge (which btw is a very small one and something I should´nt even have to ask for), but the answere was that she did not have the mandate to do that.
In summary; not good handled.
