Clean modern hotel in a great location for exploring surrounding area ( with a car). Friendly polite staff who were also very professional. Excellent breakfast on the amazing roof top bar with fantastic views across the bay. Very handy for the airport too. Would certainly stay here again

Amazing staff couldn’t have done more for us! Fabulous location with in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. Immaculate hotel ! Couldn’t beat breakfast in the rooftop restaurant! Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again !

Superb hotel with excellent staff. Very clean modern rooms with stunning balcony views. The manager (Efthymios Katsenios) likes to add the personnel touch and really likes to make you feel welcomed, which was very much appreciated. The hotel is ideally located for all of the local attractions and restaurants being positioned in the centre of the port sea front (Kalamata city centre, although easily accessed by regular bus service, is approximately 1.5 miles distant from the hotel, so is a pleasant walk for those who wish to do so). The hotel has its own hire bikes, which we used and enjoyed, so this is recommended. Thoroughly recommended and would be our hotel of choice once more if we return to Kalamata.

The staff are fantastic - very helpful and friendly. The location is good and the roof terrace has the best views in the city, great for breakfast, lunch or an evening drink. All in all, the customer service of a classic hotel with a modern and contemporary character

It is a clean hotel, with all the facilities, the breakfast is diversified, with many local dishes and products, even if it is the same every day. Maybe there would be room for more vegan dishes, but it's ok. The wi-fi works very well, even on the beach. The hotel has its own sunbeds that can be used by the hotel guests at no cost. A pleasant experience!

We (me and my husband) were to spend only one day at Kalamata but the hospitality of the hotel’s staff and its high quality standards made us change our plans and extend our stay at Kalamata and Pharae for 2 more nights. The hotel is perfectly located right on Kalamata΄s seafront and near the city center making it an excellent choice both as a resort hotel in the summer months as well as city breaks or business trips to the area all year round. Thank you Pharae for the first and best memories of our trip to Kalamata! Indulging ourselves with premium cocktails under the moonlight on the roof garden. Savouring the excellent breakfast buffet with a variety for all tastes including local delicacies. Enjoying the Kalamata blue flag beach on the hotel’s sunbeds. Relaxing on the comfort mattress after our daily excursions. Keep up the good work! We will be visiting again.

We only stayed for one night after arriving from the rather poor nearby airport. Parking in the streets nearby was difficult, and something we should have prepared for prior to arrival. We were warmly greeted and at all times the staff were friendly and helpful. Room 105 has a sea view, though you do need to look over a car park first. Perhaps if you stayed on a higher floor you’d be better off. The room was nice and bright with a good en-suite. Breakfast is on a lovely terrace with views along the coast. The buffet itself was decent though unexceptional. Location is very very good. We would happily stay here again.

The best breakfast site I have ever been, I could stay having breakfast there for years. Perfect location in front of the beach and amenities, they provide towels and inside parking depends on the availability (make sure you book yours if you really need as there are only 8 for the whole hotel. Three beds room and a lovely terrace just in front of the sea. Bath isolation would need to be improved in order to avoid uncomfortable leakage from the shower. Very effective staff.

Located at the main 'strip' of Kalamata, near beach bars as well as the harbor. Not to close nor at walking distance from the old town centre. One needs transport to go there. One other small detail; there was little parking space around the hotel. Just across the street there is a "guarded" parking, we paid 10 or 15 eur to park all night. But the "guard" leaves around midnight and leaves all cars unattended as if they were on the random street. So park in the street if you can, we decided not to look too far for parking. This is not a hotel problem off course, the hotel is just surrounded by resident housing. The busy road can be heard even in the rooms on the higher floors, but the windows shut out all sounds. Right across the street there is a kiddie bouncy castle fun park. Which scared me a bit but no annoying sound was heard from it and they close at reasonable times. (it opens only in the evenings) The reception was great, the room even better! Very spacious, very clean, very high standard! We had a balcony on two sides as we stayed in a corner suite. Absolute perfect bedding, all amenities one needs, and more, were there. Fantastic bathroom. Breakfast is very good. One can choose to sit in or outside on the highest floor on the balcony, Great views over the beaches, harbor and towards the Mani. Great personal service, see photos!

We loved our stay in the hotel. The rooms are big, clean and with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The breakfast is excellent, served on a wonderful roof terrace facing the gulf. The price is more than reasonable for the service offered. The staff is kind and available.
