Location was perfect for the Ironman World Championships in Kona. Beautiful house and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have a washer and dryer.

A Relaxing Stay

We absolutely enjoyed our VRBO. The property was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance of downtown, beautiful sunsets, whale watching and a perfect walk everyday to the beach.

The location was great and the house was clean. The main room didn’t have air conditioning but the rest of the rooms did. That said, opening the main room doors helped cool down the area quite a lot. The management team was fantastic. They were extremely responsive and helpful, even after hours and after we had returned from our trip.

Wonderful Location

We have stayed in many Kona Bay properties and this house has one of the best locations. Wonderful to be able to open the house up for the ocean breeze and sound of the waves. Large house with plenty of open space. Pool was nice. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Awesome place to spend the holidays. Definitely was exactly what we needed. The house was unlike anything we’ve stayed in before. Having the bedrooms separate from the main living space was a totally new experience for us. Having the ability to open all the sliding doors on the main floor was amazing. Open air living in paradise. Being in a gated community was great. We could walk down to the Bayfront very easily and enjoy everything it offered. The kids spent hours playing in the pool and enjoying the oceanfront. Walking the seawall down to Keiki beach was easy. Definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Kona bay drive paradise

Very nice place .well equipped. As advertised.Hot tub didn’t work but everything else was in working order and very enjoyable.I would rent this place again for sure and tell anyone else looking at it to “ just do it”!

Paradise Blue Water House

I spend a special birthday with friends and thank you for sharing your spectacular home! We had a fabulous time and the view was fantastic, the house was perfect and this is the way to enjoy the island! Private and serene,we were able to use the restaurant kitchen for most meals and enjoy outside dining by the sea! I would recommend this property for a memorable vacation!

great vistas from upstairs and poolside. great pool and outdoor patio. open panel doors reveals entire outside. on the negative, the property is quite old and suffers numerous mostly minor inconveniences

Perfect location

House was in a beautiful oceanfront location with beautiful lava rock shoreline and a small beach area nearby. Near downtown Kailua Kona and plenty of restaurants, etc. Rules about AC/wearing shoes may seem unreasonable but weren't difficult, left sandals at door. Living area was best left open. Management was very responsive when WiFi not functional, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Rock the Casbah

I stayed at Blue Water House in March. It was the best time ever. The house is a tropical dream. With Tradewinds blowing throughout, you can hang out in the jacuzzi watching the sunset while someone else..is hopefully making the margaritas. The house managers couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The location is perfection, the overall set up makes for the most relaxing get away EVER.
