Loved this condo! Everything was exactly as described and honestly, even better. It had everything we needed (and then some) to make our stay super comfortable. The ocean was right out front, and the pool was just steps away to the side. Perfect location and such a relaxing spot, we’d absolutely stay here again!

LOVED this place and its location. Parking was convenient. The condo was clean and comfy. The property was well-maintained and beautiful. We loved having morning coffee with the ocean view and being able to walk right out to the water. Highly recommend. We plan to stay at this same place next time we visit Kona.

This was an amazing place. Patio was facing the ocean. I spent a lot of time on this patio relaxing and reading. Sunsets were amazing. Place was very clean and had beach gear that we could use. It was an easy drive to the downtown area. We would consider this place again if we were to come back to this area.

The rental was great and described accurately. It is small but perfect for a single or a couple. The view was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a lot. Michael. The manager, was very pleasant and took great care of the property. We had no need to contact the owner. We are not pool people, but others were enjoying it.

Kona Isle Gem

We’ve stayed at Kona Isle several times, and this our second stay in this condo. Both times have been outstanding, and we’ll be back again. Great location, great host. We love the friendly calm feel, the grounds, the views, and the sound of the waves. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Great Location!

We had a great time in Kona and this was a great home base. It was beautiful and the outdoor seating, pool and down by the water were super lovely! Bed was comfortable and everything was as described.

Condo unit was very nice and clean. View for a ground unit was very nice. Unit was easy to get in and out of as a ground unit. Owner was very responsive with helpful information. Location is OK as no restaurants (after 4PM) are within walking distance and parking toward downtown where restaurants are located is terrible. But access to roads and highways to places we wanted to go was very good. Property Manager was friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay!

Stayed for the IM race and it was perfectly accommodated with everything we needed. At first I was taken aback by the lack of air conditioning but there were so many fans and the air moved really well and we were totally fine without! The views are great and the place is great! Would come and stay again!

We Love this place!

This was our second stay at this condo. Location is perfect. Accommodations are great. We used the barbecue a couple of times. Close to shopping and the beach. We’ll be back.

Great relaxing place in a perfect location.

We arrived to find a modern and beautifully appointed condo close to town with a direct view of the ocean. The owner was very responsive, and helpful. A lovely place to enjoy a memorable stay. Definitely 5 stars!

This condo was great with an amazing view of the ocean. Possibly the best condo in this place. The only downside is that I did not realize it had no ac, but otherwise was fully equipped. Not too bad of a downside because of the cross-breezes and ceiling fans.
