Hale Kona Kai is a small complex of 3 dozen absolute oceanfront condos in town but off the beaten path! Located on a quiet side street and just a short distance to the village of Kailua-Kona also known as Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai is only 1/4 block to Honl's white sand beach and 2 blocks to the Kona Farmers Market.

Central A/C

Hale Kona Kai offers a heated saltwater pool, elevator, and BBQ area. In-condo Wi-Fi, & cable TV.

All condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.

Please note: The central air conditioning system is currently down due to a replacement project. Site management has projected completion by October 20, 2025, pending shipping of final parts. In the meantime, each unit is equipped with a portable air-conditioning unit in the bedroom for guest comfort.
