You'll take 1 set of stairs down to the Ground Level from the parking area and when you enter into Unit #D-103, there's a spacious living room with a plenty of seating space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need! The Master bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, duel vanity sinks and a large walk in shower! The Guest bedroom hosts a set of twin beds and plantation shutters on the windows for privacy when needed. It does have its own guest bathroom with a walk in shower as well! We think this is just about the perfect VBRO! You are located just far enough from downtown that there is no traffic but easy access. Great parking and easy unit access, and you are 45 feet from jumping in the pool. The unit itself is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and it even come with extras like 2 coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The only missing element is AC, but we lived just fine with the breeze and fans.

Condo was nice, but really was not that clean. We moved a chair and a piece of “chocolate” came out. The floors didn’t seem clean at all. We were hoping for a few more spices in the kitchen besides just salt and pepper and sharper knives but the rest of the dishes and pots were good. Unfortunately the coffee grinder didn’t work. The bathrooms were super nice. Whenever we communicated with the property management, we received a quick response. We enjoyed the pool area. We just wished it was opened a little later. Two of the beach chairs were great but two were bad. We would have really liked boogie boards as well. Some of the shoes and snorkel masks left in the bins were rotten.
All in all a great trip with adequate accommodations
Add $5 per night to the fees and supply good beach chairs. Boogies boards. Spices, oil , sugar, and other basic cooking items and the place would be a 7 plus.
As is. 5.5 is our rating.
