Loved the location and classy touches by this host. If you are in Kona during a rare Kona low storm this was a great hideaway. Flooding all around and power outages too but we stayed high and dry in this cozy condo. Mahalo!

This was the perfect location for Ali Drive during my seven days stay there. I didn’t even rent a car. I was able to walk to everything. I did Uber three times and I did take public transit once it was just the perfect ideal location. The condo was immaculate, and it was my birthday the day of arrival and the host had left a birthday decorations, fresh flowers, cute birthday plates and dishes and wine glasses, which was so very thoughtful. She was very easy to communicate with if we had questions and she even when we couldn’t find a certain item there are these wonderful pineapple Gummies. She left some at our front door I mean, can you believe that it was so so sweet, she also let us leave our luggage out on the lanai as our flight didn’t leave till 630 that evening so we were able to go pick them up around 3:15 before her next guest checked in at 4 o’clock that was just another added bonus to the host in her generosity and understanding She had also left fresh pineapple, which was delicious and mango that was to die for I could go on and on and on about how awesome this condo is.

Host interaction was positive but unfortunately our experience in the condo was not enjoyable. The place was very dirty by our standards. We had to wash all dishes, pots, utensils and silverware before using them. It’s as if the dishwasher didn’t work before but the host said she had just replaced the dishwasher. Who knows!! The location which is not the host’s fault was adjacent to a side street and very noisy at night. If you like to party or are a deep sleeper then it shouldn’t bother you. Having a parking space was nice but it is first come, first serve in finding a spot. Host was very kind and left a lovely card welcoming us with a nice basket of fruit and goodies. Aloha spirit was there but she never did respond to a note we left her about the conditions. Probably won’t be returning. Location is very convenient to stores and restaurants and the shore. Comfortable beds.

Excellent stay, lovely condo! Really thoughtful amenities (the random-but-just what you need: q-tips, bleach wipes, an iron and ironing board, beach umbrella, a hot water kettle, etc—you’ll discover it at this incredibly hospitable and well-stocked place). Others have mentioned the great location, and it really is: convenient walking to most of downtown Kona, easy access to the first-floor unit, easy highway access. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and the decor is really cute and very comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

This location was so fabulous - right in the heart of Kona and next to all our favorite places to eat and shop! The condo itself was laid out very nicely and very comfortably. Part of the parking lot is under construction and being downtown means you sometimes hear downtown noise and neighbors, but nothing more than what you would expect with this location. The check in and check out process was straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!
The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to come down Hanama Pl.
