STRV-19-347215. Esta es una unidad de esquina directa frente al mar con uno de los lanais más grandes de Kona. La unidad fue remodelada recientemente con una nueva cocina, baños, sala y comedor, así como también las habitaciones. El aire acondicionado y los pisos nuevos se instalaron en agosto de 2017 con unidades de aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y en la sala de estar principal. Tiene ventanas en tres lados que se prestan a una sensación de luminosidad y una hermosa vista al atardecer y al océano. Está a unos pasos del lugar de surf más famoso de la Gran Isla: los Banyanos. Puedes ver delfines, tortugas y ballenas desde el lanai.


Hay internet inalámbrico gratuito, 1 lugar de estacionamiento asignado (que está convenientemente ubicado cerca del elevador y sin cargo adicional), cable básico y un teléfono que permite llamadas locales y de larga distancia gratuitas a América del Norte (incluido Canadá). We had a very comfortable stay. There was everything that we needed - the kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The ice maker wasn't working, but there were ice trays in the freezer already filled. Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There is a closet in the 2nd bedroom filled with swimming toys, beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear. The king bed in the master bedroom is firm but quite comfortable. Note the bed is quite high to crawl into, but there is a bench at the foot of the bed or a stool under the side table if you are short like me! But, the best part of the condo is the lanai. The view is amazing! And we had fun watching the surfers.

Everything was as described. Lots of stuff for a beach day. Snorkeling gear, fins, umbrella, cooler, 2 boogie boards, chairs. What a great find. Stop at costco and you will never have to leave the lanai. The most amazing sunsets. Watch for the green flash finale as the orange ball sinks into the pacific. Pool is super clean and private. We just used the ac in the bedrooms because there was nice ocean breezes and the sound of the surf.

Kona low caused some AC issues, but we spent 99% of our time at the condo on the lanai. Absolutely breathtaking views. Kyle was great to work with, would 100% stay at this property again!

We loved this place! The view was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the surfers. The place was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent too. Unfortunately we chose to leave a few days early due to the storm, but we hope to return someday.

This is an extraordinary place! Everything about our experience was amazing- the unit is in a spectacular location as the views and proximity to beaches, hikes, etc., was perfect! Great communication from start to finish. The location on the water and the large lanai and comfortable beds made this an ideal home base for our Big Island vacation. We also used the full kitchen and in unit laundry too. Each room has a great AC unit as well so we could leave it off in the rooms we weren’t in at the moment and when we were on adventures away from th space. We would stay here again !

Location Location Location! There is no better 'oceanfront' condo location in Kona. It’s located on Alli Drive 1/2 way between Kailua-Kona & Keahou, so it's very quiet which makes sleeping very peaceful. There’s a designated parking spot right across from the elevator for your rental car. The a/c is powerful & quiet, also perfect for sleeping. The pool temp is perfect for lap swimming. The large lanai is an added bonus. There is a 55" Smart TV with basic cable in the living room with all the news channels if you enjoy keeping up with current world events. I especially want to thank the owner for the use of his 2 boogie boards that we made good use of at Hapuna Beach.

So glad we booked this property. The description and photos were accurate. The owner very responsive to any issues. What was a pleasant surprise was how roomy and quiet the corner unit was. We didn't hear any neighbors, only the crashing of the ocean waves. The location is fantastic, overlooking a surfing spot that seems to be a local favorite. Don't hesitate - book this rental. It was perfect for our family getaway.

We spent the majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the sunsets in the evenings and the early morning surfers with the sunrise. It was prettier than anticipated. The rooms were well a/c'd and comfortable. The parking was perfect. The instructions were easy to follow for beginning and ending our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster etc. The use of a washer and dryer was definitely a plus.We would love to come back!

We had a lovely time exploring the Big Island while staying at Kyle’s condo. It came well equipped with everything we needed, and we had many meals from the lanai watching the ocean or the sunset. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent property with amazing views

We lucked out finding this property for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and had everything a family of two kids and two parents needed. Parking was extremely easy and included in with the property as was the pool and hot tub. The views from the balcony were amazing. I cannot recommend this location enough. We’ll be back.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Property is super clean with fantastic dream views of the ocean. Heart of Kona close to Magic Sands and downtown strip. Checkin was smooth and easy. No need to look anywhere else for us. We will be back!

Perfect

Location! Location! Location! Right on the ocean! Well stocked most of what you’ll need including beach towels, kitchen utensils, plates, beach chairs, pots, pans, swim fins, etc. Comfortable furniture. Gorgeous sunsets every night. We spent two very happy weeks here and hated to leave. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the grocery store which turned out to be very important. It was easier and way cheaper to prepare food rather than eat out.
