Hotel was next to the water but no beach access in front of the hotel, you have to go a hotel or 2 down but is easily walkable from the hotel. You can see the ocean from your room. Plenty of space to sit around the pool or if you want more privacy you can sit on the lawn. They have 5 grills around the pool but only 1 works with how windy it is.

Awesome experience!!

This was an anniversary trip, and it was truly awesome. Everything was perfect and exactly as described. Highly recommend this condo to everyone that is searching for a nice place to stay.

Relaxing

The studio was just the place for my husband and I to unwind, relax and enjoy the beautiful beach , ocean vistas and sea life. As first timers to Maui, Kahana and Lahaina offered us both the opportunity to take in the Island’s quaintness and hospitality. We would definitely stay at this property again.

1st time in Maui

We were visiting for local friends’ wedding and the location was perfect . Pictures are EXACTLY how the unit looks. Ocean views allowed for a serene whale watching experience while I sipped on my morning coffee. We watched sea turtles swim from our pool chairs and whales breach in the distance. It was stunning. Bed was comfy, pool was great, easy parking for rental car. Would def stay again.

The patio door doesn’t glide…. You keep referring to house rules book… but there wasn’t one on the property… It worked fine for just me but I did feel it was slightly over charged in comparison to other places that offered way more amenities….

Great all around

Overall this place is located perfectly next to the water and the owners are quick to help out if needed. No complaints amazing view of the ocean from balcony.

This condo has everything

This condo has everything you would want for your vacation to Maui! Comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, gorgeous view, relaxing pool with a nice beach for swimming, great location close to some good restaurants and a short drive to Lahaina. We loved our stay and will stay here again when we come back!!

This is a very nice condo

This is a very nice condo. The bed is very comfortable and my family and I enjoyed our sleep every night. The pots and I pan and amenities and utensils were top quality and very useful for cooking in the condo. It saves us a lot of money from having to go out and eat outside all of the time. We especially appreciate the washer and dryer which allowed us to pack less clothes and wash and dry all of our clothes during our stay so that when we come back to our home, we have very little laundry to take care of.. The balcony with the ocean view was spectacular and felt very healing and peaceful. The hotel staff were all very accommodating. We particularly felt welcomed by the front security guard named Ben who was very friendly and offered to take pictures of our family without us asking him to do so. Our host with Airbnb was very responsive and did a terrific job of checking us in and also answering any questions we had during our stay. The pool was amazing and was often heated and well kept. We had a section of the beach that was at the back of the hotel and it made it very convenient to access the beach anytime we felt like it. We will definitely be coming back here again. We highly recommend anyone looking for a quality Maui condo to check this one out. It’ll be the best choice you make!

Outstanding condo!

Outstanding condo! It is exactly like the pictures show, comfortable and perfect for our trip to Maui. The beach was very nice out front during our stay, and the ocean view from the patio was amazing. Highly recommend this place, we loved our stay here!

Beautiful view and beach!

My partner and I spent a week at this location, and we had a great time. The keyless code entry was very useful.The view from the lanai was very beautiful and nicely located on the second floor. Parking was $10 per night which was not bad compared to other condominiums and there were no resort fees. These condominiums offer plenty of parking space (a bit tight but plentiful nonetheless), grills, a pool and easy access to the beach which was very nice. We loved swimming at the beach and watching the sunset there. The studio comes equipped with basic pots, pans, dishes, an iron and iron board, hairdryer, coffee maker, an electric water heater, beach towels, extra linen and towels, a clean dish sponge and toiletries. We bought a camping chair and umbrella at Walmart and left them behind for future tenants, and the host offered to give us a refund which was very nice. They were also very helpful and quick to respond any questions I had even though the check in and check out process was very smooth and easy.
