We had an absolutely perfect stay in Maui. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal — close to beaches, restaurants, and great local spots, while still feeling peaceful and private.The host was exceptional: responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful from booking through checkout. Every detail was clearly communicated, and the extra touches made the trip feel special.Waking up to the island views each morning and ending the day watching the sunset made this one of the most memorable trips we’ve taken. The property was even better than the photos, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui. Mahalo for such an amazing experience!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It truly had everything we could possibly need—and then some. The space itself was top notch, with a beautiful modern design that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. My stay was absolutely incredible! The host was incredibly communicative and reassured me about the area after the recent flooding. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a beautiful, tidy, well-decorated, and comfortable place. You have a fantastic view of the ocean from the side, and you can hear the waves throughout the entire property. We’ve stayed at this Papakea condo before and love coming back. It’s very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful extras like pool floats and binoculars. The bed is especially comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The views are beautiful and make it a perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

10th time at the Papakea

The condo was clean. We could tell parts were updated where other areas could use a little care. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was updated and functional. The kitchen lacked plastic glassware for the pool area and utensils for bbqing. The living room was sparse. No coffee table or end tables and the rug seemed worn. There was a continuous growling noise coming from the bedroom/bathroom every 6 minutes our entire stay. The location was very pleasant with beautiful views of the ocean and pool area. There was construction that started at 8:00 am and was loud and distracting until after 4:00. We have been to 10 different condos at the Papakea over 20 years and this one was not what we have had in the past. Though clean it lacked the welcoming ambiance we have experienced in other condos. The owner was quick to have a member of the staff come over to help with the TV and did have an air conditioning repair person check the air conditioner. Over all our stay was pleasant but not as memorable as previous years.

Great Condo with wonderful views.

We really enjoyed our two week stay. The condo has been very nicely updated. The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony was great to watch whales and sunsets. It was very nice having AC units in the living area and bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.

In our opinion, this unit is definitely the best property at Papakea. Was exactly as shown in listing. Bev was great in communicating. Beautiful unit and amenities. We come here every year for our anniversary, first time we stayed in this unit on the property and it was wonderful!!! Very clean and updated great views and it has A/C in living and bedroom. Beach chairs and a cooler. We would def stay in this unit again, it is very nice!!
