This property was absolutely perfect! 100% as shown. Very spacious, clean and great location. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities at the resort. The sunset view from this unit is stunning! Goat was also great to work with.

Perfect place in Paradise

Check-in and parking was easy. Our 2 br condo was perfect for us. (2 couples). Everything was great. No problems at all! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Really great trip.

Great experience at Honua Kia. Room was clean and well maintained, and bigger than it looks in the photos. Liked the wristband door keys and towel dispensers by the pools. We?ll be back!

Fourth stay at the Honua Kai. KBM and Honua Kai both provide excellent service, everyone is so accomadating and helpful. Having Dukes right on site is great for those evenings when you don't feel like leaving the property. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Very nice property

Very nice property even though all the construction that was going. We opted to still stay with construction because we had got a good deal and the construction was not obtrusive. Would like to stay the again after all the repairs get made.

The Best!

My family and I stayed at Honua Kai for the first time and this was the best condo! It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. I loved the spaciousness and the lanai was great! We ate breakfast every morning on it and indulged in some cocktails in the afternoon...it was big, great views, and an easy hang out spot for everyone to be together. We loved SUP boarding right out front on the beach and having Dukes and Aina Gourmet was so convenient for snacks. KBM Hawaii was wonderful and so easy to work with. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have as much fun as we did!!

Ample space and great location

We enjoyed the condo. There were some problems with ice maker, dishwasher, and slider, screen. The management company was very responsive to problems especially Christina. Lots of great beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, ice chest). However I think the experience could be improved by checking everything out before renters arrive and also providing some basic kitchen supplies (e.g salt and pepper, oil, etc.). Overall we would stay again.

Your staff was so friendly

Your response time to fix a few minor things was incredible. Your staff's immediate attention was impressive through both emails and phone both before we arrived and during our stay. Towels available through your lockers was so helpful and easy. And your staff was so friendly as we walked around. Your bell staff made us feel welcome right away after a rough day traveling here during the storm and a special shout out to Alison who assisted us in planning all our excursions and made it all effortless and fun! She gave us great resources and then made it happen for us with great communication.

We had a terrific vacation at the Honua Kai via KBM. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the property management company, and they've made everything so easy from start to finish. Various reminders were sent pre-arrival, and instructions clear and concise. The unit was beautiful, and as described and shown in photos, even better in person. KBM was very prepared and thoughtful in the way they handled our stay, with everything you can think of provided to make our stay easy and convenient - from the extra dish soap, laundry soap to the sand toys for the kids. Staff members checked in every now and then to ensure everything was working and that we didn't have any additional questions. I cannot imagine returning to Hawaii without staying with KBM again, and would strongly recommend this company to family and friends! I am a tough grader - and felt that KBM exceeded all my expectations! Thank you all so much for the wonderful stay, we will absolutely return.
