The villas were excellent for our family of 14. It was clean, the rental company was very responsive when we reached out to them. The beds were comfortable. Location was great, quick walk to the beach. A couple improvements would be a half way room service and more cooking utensils. Our family will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids and grandkids over Christmas week! The 2 adjacent condos were perfect for our family of 10 adults and 4 kids. The condos were exactly as pictured and the location was great for us. It was especially nice to have the small pool and hot tub just steps from our lanai’s as well as having the little waterfall views. It was a perfect set up with 3 grandkids, ages 5, 5 and 6 who were able to go back and forth to the pool multiple times a day. The larger resort pools, beach (for sunset viewing) and Dukes restaurant are a short 5 minute walk away. Snorkeling and swimming beaches are a short 5-15 minute drive away:)

Family vacation - Maui

Stunning property! Beautiful views of the waterfall at the local pool, Clean and friendly staff. The resort was amazing. The units fully equipped, however one unit did not have as many supplies as our other unit. The resort team was very accommodating to bring us what was needed. Lots of pools for the kids to enjoy with the beach nearby

Inaccurate Amenities Listed

Everything listed wasn't provided. The listing shows the large windows opening to the patio with a screen to keep insects out. Once at the property we were told that the screens are kept lock so that they aren't torn. The large openings with the breeze is what made me decide on the property. Also we were suppose to get wristbands so that we could use all the facilities. No wristbands were available. We were given 2 cards to gain access. There were 14 of us. If we wanted to use the facilities we had to all be together or go with the person to one spot in order to get the pass to use another facility. It was a total mess. When I complained, I was told that there is a chip shortage for the wristbands and has been for over a year. They knew about the shortage when I booked and yet no mention of it. They promoted the amenities knowing that they would not be able to accommodate us. We rented two units. Overall the units and property were beautiful.

A truly wonderful stay

We had a marvelous 5 night stay with our family. The condos -- we rented two, each with three bedrooms -- were generous in size (especially as we only had 7 in our group, including 5 people ages 21-26)-- each including a lovely patio with full sized table, sofa, coffee table, and outdoor kitchen --immaculate, tastefully decorated, and like-new. The grounds were well designed, offering privacy and meandering paths as well as separate, beautifully landscaped pools with a hot tub for each small grouping of condos, ensuring additional privacy. The nearby resort did offer somewhat larger pools which would be a plus for younger children. The beach immediately adjacent to the resort towers were, not surprisingly, somewhat more populated but the promenade passing the neighboring Westin offered a long expanse of beach. These long paths and different areas of the condo neighborhood and the resort offered the kind of relaxation we sought for our vacation. The management team was highly responsive and very pleasant. In one condo, the AC was not working when we checked in at 4 but they had it repaired within the hour. The bedding, linens, and towels were of high quality and the beds were extremely comfortable. Each room had it's own climate control which worked very well. The kitchen had the highest quality appliances and cabinetry and was well stocked with plates/cookware/utensils. The package of coffee was a lovely gift. The location was excellent -- short drive to Safeway, town of Lahaina. We would definitely return. Wish list: Earlier check-in, later check-out, aluminum foil or plastic wrap, small packets of spices/sugar/tea (although note: the stores in the resort towers are well stocked with groceries). Instructions regarding trash -- while the trash/recycling was clear to us and easily accessible, our neighbors left trash bags out on the path (not the management's fault).
