Excellent

Everything you could want at the property. Short walk to the beach. The renovated shower and kitchen were great for making meals. I would stay here again.

Great little place

This is a great location. The two pools and beach access are nice and the space is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were close to a friend’s wedding. I didn’t spend much time on the lanai because we were too busy but that might feel a little noisy for some for is proximity to the road but it’s a really great spot. We had friend who reserved ocean front but liked our beach access better.

Great Homebase

The unit was very clean and pleasant. The property manager was easy to reach and communicated with us about quick repair of small maintenance issues. The beach access was a little far but very nice. We did a lot of site seeing and driving around so didnt spend much time in the unit since it was a bit of a trek from a lot of the attractions and food stops we wanted to visit but we were glad to come back to a comfortable spot at the end of the day. It was nice to have the full kitchen as well.

Small but has it all!

The staff and grounds were wonderful! Room was clean and bed was comfortable … had a great time at the beach and pool and the food was very good at the Castaway Cafe with great service ..I miss everyone already I met there.. Aloha until next year!

Great Stay!

I and my husband had a great time at the condo located at the resort, Maui Kaanapali Villas. We had a great time at the resort's beach and swimming pool! There is also a restaurant at the resort called Castaway Cafe by the beach. The condo was great with two patios and studio-like layout. The kitchen has some cookware, a microwave, a fridge, cutleries that you can make use of to cook a quick meal, store or warm up the food you bought.The condo also had snorkeling mask/gear, fins, table tennis bat, ball, swimming floats, raft, beach chairs and beach umbrella that we can use! In my opinion, this was the most cost-effective way to spend our 10 days at Maui at an excellent resort during the peak month of July! I would definitely stay here again when I return! As first-time renter:- 1. Make sure your reservation is confirmed at the Maui Kaanapali Villas by contacting them ahead of your travel. The reasons being - a) This condo is a vacation rental and different units at the resort are managed by different property management and Not the resort b) The property management has to communicate the Vrbo reservation to the resort management and let them know the room number so that you have a smooth check in when you arrive. 2. Keep the unit as clean as possible during your stay. You cannot avail the resort's housekeeping services during your stay. 3. Use the bath towels judiciously or wash them at the resort's laundry room. 4. We didn't know if there was an elevator to our condo. Ask.

Affordable rental in a really nice resort

We loved staying at the Maui Kaanapali Villas. This bungalow was right next to the parking lot and a short walk to the beach and pools. The beach at this location is the best, not too crowded, great sand. The rental was just what we needed with a small kitchen, bathroom with a big shower and a studio bedroom with a comfortable murphy bed. We ate breakfast and supper on the small patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Great unit and price for our vacation in Hawaii. Was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella included. We were just steps away from the beach and pool. Owner was responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great rental!

What a great unit at MKV. 4 stays, 3 different units all were exceptional.

What a great unit, though the air conditioning was out at the complex for two days. Still nothing we couldn’t hand by letting the tropical breeze in at night. Aloha.

Great value

Great value if you are trying to get a decent place to stay with a kitchen and access to a beach. The location/property has a pool and restaurant and sits on the best beach. Sandy bottom no rocks and clear calm water. The condo location is a little walk from the beach and restaurant and pool. It isn’t easy going back and forth. Overall a great experience for the value!

Great place in a great locaton.

This place was what the doctor ordered. Perfect size for 2. Thanks for the beach chairs, towels, cooler and kitchen. We used the grill 5 out of 7 days. The beach was perfect to snorkel on. Beach walk a plus

Amazing Location

I couldn’t be happier with the location of this place! Just a short walk to my favorite beach, and a quick drive or trolley ride to other great spots around. 2 really nice pools, one that’s super close to the unit and really quiet. The condo itself was perfect for a couple! Nice kitchen, great big balcony and the bed was so comfortable. Really appreciated all the beach supplies as well that were included. I miss it already and will definitely look for this place when I come back!
