This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed in the primary suite, a king trundle bed with an XL twin mattress in the guest suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit has been elegantly updated with modern furnishings and high-end appliances. The owner has invested in central air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay year-round, setting this property apart from other units in the complex. This unit is located on the top floor accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator access at this property.

Kaanapali Royal requires guests to register upon arrival and pay a one-time fee of $154 per room at the front desk. Only one car is allowed per unit.
