Beautifully renovated, very well equipped cottage with original features and log burner.

The property itself stands within its own 0.5 acre shared garden.
A patio area, with outdoor furniture and BBQ are provided and there is sufficient on site parking.
Sympathetic renovation has enabled modern facilities to be made available for guests whilst maintaining the original features. There are beams and a log burner, as well as effective electric radiators for added cosiness.
Downstairs the living/ dining area overlooks the well maintained garden (shared with our adjoining property) where you can enjoy peace and quiet.
The kitchen area is equipped to a very high standard to enable fully self catered living and laundry facilities are provided.
Both bedrooms are good size (one double, one twin) and are fully furnished.
There is a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet.
Guests are able to access the whole of the property.

The property has its own drive way to provide private parking. There is no public transport available in this area so you would need your own transport for exploring the area more fully but ideal for cyclists.

La maison est très agréable. Nous y avons trouvé beaucoup de choses mises à notre disposition : produits, huile, etc. Dans la salle de jeux, des jeux de plage et épuisettes, baby-foot et billard. Tout de qualité. Les lacs de Jugon sont tout près et nous sommes allés aussi souvent à la mer par de jolies petites routes dans la campagne. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
