Disfruta de un descanso en un acogedor Sur Joshua Tree Guest House. La casa de huéspedes está abierto y aireado 1000 pié cuadrado en una privada de 4 acres de propiedad privada con orientación sur y bonitas vistas del atardecer al norte.

La zona de dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y baño con ducha recién remodelado. En el otro lado del estudio hay uno u opcionalmente 2 camas individuales que se pueden ajustar por separado o también pueden juntar para un tamaño Cal King si es necesario.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá de mediados de siglo-abajo llena súper cómoda y otomana frente a la chimenea. Hay un equipo de música, reproductor de CD y DVD, tocadiscos, AirPort Express con AirPlay para conexión inalámbrica a su reproductor de música de Apple IOS, y la televisión con cable en la sala de estar para sus necesidades de entretenimiento modernos! Una interesante selección de CDs, DVDs, discos y libros se proporcionan para su uso durante su estancia.

Disfrute de nuestra cocina recién añadido lindo totalmente equipada con platos, cubiertos, cristalería y arrancadores para usted comidas y una barbacoa parrilla de carbón al aire libre.

Hay un patio privado con con mesa y sillas y un pozo de fuego que mira hacia el norte y cuenta con hermosas vistas - especialmente grande para observar las estrellas por la noche! Hay una apartada jacuzzi Jacuzzi J-LXL con asiento salón en una losa a pocos pasos de la patio. La ubicación es privado y se encuentra entre los árboles de Joshua y la flora del desierto y ofrece vistas panorámicas de la puesta de sol, las montañas circundantes, luces de la ciudad y las estrellas increíbles por la noche. Hay 2 hamacas para descansar bajo un árbol de sombra grande al lado de la cochera, donde se puede aparcar el coche a cubierto.

Para grupos más grandes por favor visita la casa principal bajo Joshua Tree mediados de siglo Retiro, ubicado en la misma propiedad. A menudo nos alquilamos tanto la Casa de Huéspedes y Casa Principal juntos, pero si crees que esto se ajuste a sus necesidades por favor, háganos saber lo antes posible para que podamos asegurar la disponibilidad de ambos.

I was so pleased with my visit. Mark, our host, was so accommodating. He was quick to answer questions, and very flexible when I needed to make last minute additions -- and then subtractions -- to my guest count. I felt like I was in good hands with him as the contact/host. I loved the cozy guest house. It was a kitschy, well appointed cabin under the stars! It was a quick drive to the main road that goes through town and hits all the fun shops restaurants, but isolated enough from the main drag that we felt like we had great privacy. A highlight was taking advantage of the hot tub in the cool December evening weather, with a fantastic view of the brush around us.I was such a fan of all the Pendleton blankets that were on offer to curl up with. A surprise desert rain storm fog were no issue at all because the thermostat was in great working order so we were very warm. The aesthetic of the guest house is just very charming. It was a lovely getaway, and I will definitely return. Thank you, Mark.

The host was super communicative and the guest house was incredibly well stocked -- it had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather, we were very comfortable and cozy and our car was protected from the rain! Note, there is some construction happening next to the property, but it really didn't bother us too much. Great location right near some good spots to eat and the national park!

The Modern Guesthouse is very conveniently located near several great shops and restaurants and it was also easy to get to the JT Music Festival from there. It’s cozy, comfortable, and has a very good vibe. Mark, the host is a great communicator, responds quickly and had lots of good suggestions on things to do while we were there. I definitely recommend this location

This was the perfect spot to unwind! We were at the end of a 26 day road trip and wanted to decompress. As promised, the place is very private and quiet, but still very close to town and to the park entrance.The guest house has delightful decor with unique items throughout. There is an excellent entertainment center for TV and music. The EV charger was a convenience for us and was in great working order. The host made it clear that he was available at all times, should we need him, but his informational notebook was so complete that we just met him upon our departure. His recommendations were wonderful. Best of all is the stargazing from the hot tub and patio!

Great Guest House

This place is a great stay and exactly as the pictures show. Its a studio but the space is larger than I expected. It has a great view of the landscape, especially at night of the city lights down the hill.We found ourselves enjoying the large and very eclectic collection of vinyl and record player. And also relaxed in the hammocks which are shaded buy a large tree.We're looking forward to future return visits.

More than we expected

We only stayed 2 nights so we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities this property offered: hot tub, hammocks, fire pit, records, and view. It is adorably decorated and spacious for a couple.

Amazing Oasis!

Great time in Joshua Tree

We rented this on a whim to make a weekend after business in Phoenix. The property is a little has a nostalgic vibe ( to us who were in college in the 70s) but has every convenience to assure a relaxing weekend, close to Joshua Tree gates, hot tub under phenomenal stars, close saloon!

Rockin' Retreat

I booked with Mark to get some fresh air & re-focus from the fires in LA. His guest house was just what I needed. His vinyl collection and stereo was a major highlight. I didn't stream anything all week! I heard some old favorites and also found some new ones.The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, as well. Food processor, popcorn maker... If you need it, he's probably got it!Would visit again, for sure.- Samuel

Amazing relaxation (and retro vibe) stay!!

First, the communication, information, and directions were superb! Thanks Mark! Yes, it is down a dirt road but loved the location - away from the main road and a spacious yard/area but literally just minutes from everything you need. The retro vibe was refreshingly cool! If you want comforting, nostalgic, and retro - this is for you! The furnishings are funky yet comfortable. Kitchen is small but had everything we needed (cooked several meals). Layout is like a studio with the bed being in the same room as the living area (but set off a bit). Bed was super comfortable! Being able to listen to records was great. Used the hot tub twice a day during our stay - was perfect for getting set for a hike and then to relax after the hike. Location is convenient to the west entrance to JTNP. Overall, it was just an amazing stay!
