Most of the staff are not friendly, unprofessional some times so rude. Only the lady staff who did my check out on 31 Jan at 2 pm seems like good and professional. One of the lady staff who work on 28 Jan 2020 at night was so rude to me. When I asking her to tell any shop to buy a 3 pin adapter for mobile charger, she didn't help me at all and her attitude was that I'm going to thept her one from the counter. It was so much upsetting for me.

It's clean and spacious for a 4-people room. Beds are also comfy. There were only two power outlets (if you remove the tv plug) available for use.

I stay at this hotel often but this time I am very disappointed with the service of staff and the state of the room when I checked in. Worse, the room is a higher priced one with a window. The problem is that there were no curtains at the window. When I approached the receptionist, she called out the guy who does laundry and scolded him for not informing her that there were no curtains. He apologised saying that he washed the curtains because other customers complained that it was dirty. The receptionist suggested that he used one of the clean towels to close the window. A fellow guest joked that I could give a free show. The window faces level two of other shophouses and a side street. The guy then proceeded to get a trash bag and wanted to tower back instead. The towel barely covered the whole stretch of window. So I said I still the towel and the trash bag to cover the whole length of the window. It left me feeling that I have been treated like trash because it seems ok that I bathe naked with others able to see me through windows without curtains. I am not going to stay here again.

The location was good. It should be better to have a wall plug socket for us to use. Because of the location is near to UTM, I would like to have a chair and table to do our work in the room.

A No Frills Hotel

It’s a no frills hotel for those who are just passing by and are not spending too much time to relax in the room. No bottled water but there are 2 cups to get water from the dispenser along the corridor. This neighborhood is residential and not meant for tourists.
