We book 2 room and both room got faulty air conditioner. Asked the hotel staff to fix it for us or at least give us an explanation and the only thing were said to us is the air conditioner is just like that and they just go and disappear. Extremely extremely disappointed.

Location is far from city and hotel need makeover

I have booked a family quad room for a Friday night stay. First the location is far from city, almost 20 to 25 km drive. Hotel staff too quiet, no greetings, too busy with their own stuff. Taken key for second floor corner room No 205. Room wall is stained with kids handmark. Bedsheet just nice to cover the mattress not tucked in. Room ceilings corners covered with spider web. Washroom clean but the corners are filled with hair strands and dust. Toiletries basic but only was provided for 2 people including the cup for drinks. Cafe is no longer operative, so basically it's quiet. Food need to drive few mins across and there is supermarket and shops to eat. TV connection very poor, no purpose switching it on. Aircond controller, malfunction need to press the ON/OFF button few times. Basically anyone can enter the hotel since the lift is just after the reception, and no one really pay attention.

I did this booking based on reviews from previous guests. It was a pleasant stay, very easy access to my venue location which was at Sireh Park. Bed was super comfortable, only wished they had more pillows (my room only had three).And perhaps also some hot drinks sachets. Downside is there is no breakfast provided. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others

A good hotel if not for poor maintenance

The initial setup was great, the bed was comfy and I like the fact that they use pillow cover for hygiene purposes. However the cleanliness should be improved. The toilet was not scrubbed, the drawers was not cleaned and I csn see rubbish stashed on top of the cupboard in my room. The towels was not clean too and I had to request for one of it to be changed. During our stay the shower water pressure was very low that it was hard to bathe. The toilet flush was not working either and we had to use the bidet to fill up the tank before we can flush everytime we need to use it. Some of the lighting on the bedside was not working and I can see the bulbs already detached from its position and dangling on the floor. Overall if the clealiness and maintenance be taken seriously, this would be a good hotel for a short trip.

Overall the hotel is ok..the room also clean and ok..but the Management should take initiative to put fresh fragrance at lobby and along the way to room..this to make sure the hotel keep fresh at all the time
