Bad experience

The standard of cleanliness has dropped since our last visit. The bathroom we were given had a broken shower head, a broken bidet spray so water splashed everywhere. The toilet wall tiles grooves were not cleaned & the hairdryer wire was covered in dirt like it had not been cleaned in ages. Receptionist insisted on collected another RM10 per night Tourism Tax!, although our booking confirmation clearly states ALL taxes included. We did not have this issue at other hotels & did not have to pay extra!

Hotel should give customer parking coupon. We are not Kulai resident so what for we buy parking coupon? Why not hotel buy a book of coupon parking then distribute to the customer according their stay time (ex: sunday coupon compulsory from 10am, check out on 12pm) hotel must give 2 hour coupon to customer. Most of us have to bear compound because not provide the parking coupon. Really hard for us to search a location to pay the compound because we are not Kulai resident.. Most of hotel outside, once check in they provide parking to the customer. Corsica hotel should do something on parking matters.

Excellent in cleanliness. Some good restaurants around and about 10 mins walk across the bridge to Aeon Permas Jaya. Some additional furniture in room would be good.

Daily room cleaning little inconvenient. Must press the cleaning button only they come to clean and change the towel. We didn't notice that as we thought that by default it is a daily thing unless told. We have to use the same towels for two days and no water refill or whatsoever. We like this hotel but this might just spoil the whole thing. TQ
