The house had a bad odor when we arrive went and bought cleaning supplies and had to vacuum rugs as we had a newborn with us.We had 3 forks total, no can opener, Pots and pans selection was limited, table was small for meals. Was not really comfortable for meals to be made. The grills outside were absolutely disgusting and refused to use them.Neighbors were up on porch early and throughout the day making we assume live posts or tic toc videos very loud even with doors shut we could hear it.

Very clean! Nice Decor, comfortable liens. Mattresses good!Backyard ok for our short dog, but shorter grass would have been nice. Abit of traffic npise on weekday mornings, but that was not hugely bothersome. Easy to manage, cozy spot. Reasonable cost compared to other properties.

Very convenient Johnson City home
We really enjoyed our stay. The Cozy Farmhouse Decor was exactly what we were expecting from the description of the listing. It was so convenient to the areas we wanted to visit during our time in Johnson City. There is a rail line nearby so would suggest earplugs to ensure a good night sleep. Trains did not run very often.

Great for a quick overnight stay
Good property for a quick stay -- was there one night, arriving in the evening and leaving early with my dogs. The yard is fenced, but the fence behind the garage is cobbled together and not entirely secure. There is a dog next door who runs the fence line so much that he's worn a trench! This wasn't a problem for me and my two dogs due to my brief stay, but I'm just sharing the info for anyone else traveling with dogs. The property is also near train tracks and a busy road -- again, not a problem for a quick stay. Tons of food delivering options, big kitchen, comfortable couch and bed. Seems to be newly renovated. Fine for a one night stay, would book it again.
