Picked it because of the pictures kitchen with cook top. Turns out you have to spend a not small amount extra to get a pan to use on that cooker. To be fair the description said they had kitchens in the room. It didn’t say you could use said kitchen. It also didn’t say dishes and pans required a rental fee. Felt kinda nickel and dimey for a room that cost so much! Also no ice maker in the hotel.

Elizabeth deserves a raise! She is the absolute best employee I have ever interacted with. Tammy was also awesome! My only issue I had was the noise from the floor above me but I called the desk and they addressed it. Overall it was a great stay and will be back if I will be out that way again!!

Staff was very nice and made sure to ask about our stay. The area was convenient to dining and most all ares of Johnson City especially the college and medical center. The room offered a full size refrigerator.

You can hear everything through the walls. My bed was the cheapest frame you could buy and moved up and down every time I moved. The people’s bed above me did the same and every time they moved it sounded like thunder. The shower had black splatter on the walls where they didn’t clean it. I paid extra for the “better” WiFi only for it to not stream anything to the TVs that were supposed to stream. Asked for another pillow downstairs bc the 3 they gave me smelled weird, only for them to tell me no they don’t do that. The Air conditioner works great except for every time it turns on and off it makes a loud clicking noise. Don’t recommend, there are plenty of good places down the road.

Although this was a brand new hotel (only 5 months old), the accoustics were poor. We could hear activity around our room (TV and bed creaking noises thru the wall, doors slamming, water in the pipes when other people were showering). This hotel had no ice machine. They have full size fridge and cooktop, but no dishes, cookware or silverware. Clean, safe area, friendly staff.

The employees were fabulous but no coffee maker in the rooms, you need to bring your own dishes, pots, pans etc. The outlets in our room 305 did no work consistently. Very new & nice but Bare Bones as to what they provide. We had 2 towels & 2 face cloths nothing else.

Bare bones

I chose this property to stay following a knee replacement so I could postpone doing stairs at home. I needed a place with a kitchen to keep ice packs frozen. That is the only perk at this property. The kitchette was not stocked with anything: no drinkware, no utensils, no pans, nothing. There were no items available for use at the front desk either. So, after bringing me some food, my caretaker had to go to a store and purchase a bowl and spoon so I could eat. I understand not stocking every suite, but at least have something available. The room was clean and comfortable but I was so annoyed by the lack of anything that would make a stay comfortable. What's worse is that it was over $300/night and I had to buy dishes. I left after one night. A person who needs an extended stay will probably be surprised at what's lacking here, especially when there are full service properties for a lower price.
