The hotel meet my expectations the cleanliness and service. Every employee I had contact with with was outstanding. Million the front desk clerk was always smiling and ready to be of service. The only negative issue a had was with my room location. The rooms is the area of the bar / lounge and outside smoking area should be avoid due to the late night and early morning visits by guests. I would suggest getting a room on the backside of the hotel and away from the elevators to avoid the noise. I would most definitely stay here again.PS: the breakfast buffet was cheaper at the property than on-line.
(1)The room was not air conditioned and was very hot. I could only sleep by keeping the patio door partially open which raised security concerns.(2)They promised me an electrical outlet converter and never brought it.(3) It was really difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. The hotel staff seemed to only want you to use the transportation provided by their tour services. (4)When I paid in cash at the buffet, the waiter claimed I gave him a smaller bill than I actually did. He was a thief!
