Hotel is not close to anything that was open, the classy bar closed in operable, no cafe. Dark dingy halls like creepy dark. Front desk attendant spoke little English and was not very helpful. We booked 2 nights, but I could not wait to get out of there!

Affordable but has bad smell& water boiling system

Our room was affordable but smelled like someone’s armpit, and found some hair on our bedsheets. Also we had no hot water in the shower and the bathroom fan was quite noisy. Positive: our room had a styler where you hang your clothes and it gets rid of any wrinkles.

The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room.

1 week isolating

everything was wonderful except for the last day. it was 12am at midnight, air-conditioning was on and all of a sudden, some one decided to smoke and the smell went in to my room, funny thing it was from the air-con. has to shut off, open the windows and door as I really hate the smell of cigarettes, considering the hotel room was smoke free. other than that, my stay was good though the hot water is weak at times.

Good hotel for short business trip

Very good business stay hotel. Friendly service by staff. Cigarette smoke odor could be improved during morning cleaning time so non-smokers don't have to deal with it; small nuisance, nothing major. I would stay here again.

Dirty and poor services

At first they gave me room 701, once I open the door, there has so many cockroaches, not one, many, and I start to kill and some run under the bed then I decided to change room. They changed me to Room 601, although no cockroaches, but shower is not that pleasant as the water will spray everywhere. Then next day I showed the video to front desk and they said they will fix but nothing happen when I come back. Give up.... The only thing good is there has a big TV and the Lotte mall is beside it

깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있는 최고의 진주호텔입니다

바닥이 마루바닥이어서 맨발로 편히 다닐 수 있고 바닥도 아주 깨끗하게 잘 청소되어 있습니다. 창문이 있어서 환기도 가능하고 욕실안에 욕조는 없지만 크기가 아주 커서 아이랑 같이 샤워하기에도 편안합니다. 샤워기 수압도 세고 물도 잘 내려갑니다. 침대도 편안하고 아주 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 조식도 제공되고 얼음과 커피머신도 있어서 아주 좋습니다. 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.
