This well presented property is located on Snowy River Avenue directly behind Nuggets Crossing Shopping Centre and is located above La Famiglia restaurant which offers a friendly, bustling atmosphere.

Only a stones throw to shopping outlets and stores, a short walk to the lake foreshore to enjoy fishing, water sports and cycling. Additionally, it is a mere 30 minutes to the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snow play and back-country adventures.
