Great service!

First of all, the service at the Paragon is outstanding. It felt like there were more staff than guests and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but a little odd. The lights are controlled by switch panels on either side of the bed. One switch only turned lights on but not off, but the switch on the other side worked fine. The lights turned on once by themselves. Probably only an issue with my room. Also, the bathroom has a glass wall opening to the main room. You can pull the shade to give privacy while sitting on the toilet, but this is just a weird feature. Shower tiles had some perma-stain, so it could have been cleaner. Breakfast buffet was quite good. But most importantly, bed was comfortable so no real complaints. And again, service A+!

Nice hotel for the price

This hotel was very nice, we stayed for a wedding. They could improve on cleanliness, the rooms were kind of dirty. Good breakfast but pricey drinks and dinner. Dinner wasn’t the best, I recommend going elsewhere to eat. Nice area with great taxi drivers. Staff was friendly but English wasn’t very strong. Beautiful pool.

Great location, away from the hustle an bustle of Kuta, but still easly accessable. Staff are always very pleasant and accommadating, Rooms are big and spacious, with a real comfy bed. Breakfast is plentyful and varied. Pool area is big and enjoyable. Personally this is now my favourite hotel and I will be returning whenever I am in Bali. 10 out of 10

Wouldn’t even pass a 3* hotel

Booked the triple-bed room. It was tiny. No space to walk around. Beds were literally a few inches away from wall. It also smelled like swimming pool chlorine or disinfectant. Pillows were stinky as well. Bathroom floor had some damaged parts, appearing black and not taken care of. Towels were not proper white, more like yellowish stain. Breakfast was poor, not much choice and cold (even fried rice was served on a small rice cooker). Staff in dining area smelled bad.

Nice hotel but bad experience

I book the hotel with expedia online requesting for one night stay. I recalled that I clicked on the date correctly which is on 18th Jun "Night" till 19th Jun. Upon payment and confirmation, I realised that the check in period isn't correct. I tried calling expedia but the office is closed. No one is there to help when I needed it the mostly. I approached the receptionist at the hotel to check on the price for a night stay and they quote my a price that is exorbitant. I ended up stranded and spent some time looking for an alternative accommodation at Bali.

We get the room close to swiming pool and the hotel was pack with tourist which keep on making noise in pool area until very late at night.apparently the room can not block noise too well. Bfast aslo chaos with too many tourist.. this hotel maybe good for big group but not for small group

Affordable and clean hotel

The hotel is located away from key amenities in Bali, but is a short hop away form the airport which makes getting there and back upon arriving and departing convenient. Service was also of consistently high quality, with all staff being very friendly and helpful.

Cons. Location no good if your a toirist and want to walk to shops etc...all new but the contractor plumbed all the drains wrong and a sewage back smell comes from shower drain when you firat turn water on then goes away..but some women would find it difficult to handle. Nothing on bar fridge and pay for room service with cash on arrival cant sign for it. Pros....price is cheap..room is new and modern...dont have to put credit card down on check in..so early morning check out is quick.....macdonalds next door 50 meters away....overal average but cheap..1 night does the job.....

Good hotel with nice interior of the room and bathroom. Prompt service of bedsheet replacement as got abit yellow stain. Yummy breakfast.
