Very pleasant stay

Very nice hotel next to the beach. Very pleasant service. A perfect breakfast with freshly made egg dishes and possibility to make your own fresh juice. We will definitely come back.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I wasn't given any information about dining options and what my booking included and when I asked the response was vague with an attitude. It's advertised as a beach hotel with pool and the receptionist told me I had to use one or the other, but couldn't use both because the beds are limited. The pool is a lot smaller than it appears on the photos and the private beach is tiny. I arrived at 17:40 and was told I couldn't have dinner unless I decided in the next 10 minutes check out is at 10:00 am which is rather early and the rooms start being cleaned much earlier making a lot of noise in the morning someone also tried to enter my room without knocking. I don't believe it has the standards or customer service of a 4 star hotel

Ett super bra hotell precis vid stranden. Barnvänligt poolområde och fantastisk service med trevlig personal. Rent och fint överallt. Hotellets restaurang är också ett stort plus med super fin mat och riktigt grym kock. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka.

Sehr schönes Hotel, toller Service, wirklich hilfsbereites Personal, super Frühstück. Einzig für die wirklich unbequemen Betten gibts es Punktabzug. Wer einen Parkplatz braucht, sollte vorab reservieren - bei uns war alles belegt. Es gibt allerdings einen öffentlichen Alternativ-Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage

Spät angekommen und problemlos durch Nachtportier eingecheckt worden. Frühstück sehr gut. Liegen am Pool und auch am Strand inklusive. Alles bestens gelaufen. Einzig die Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt. Man kann dann aber auf eine recht nahen, öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen.

Great stay in a lovely hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff who made our stay very welcoming. Disappointed to see 3 huge Mobile phone masts on the roof of the hotel which did put us off a bit, not really where you want to see these things?

Rigtig godt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed!

Vi havde 4 overnatninger på hotellet og had overordnet været meget tilfredse! Venligt og imødekommende personale og fint hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Hotellet er i sig selv ikke så charmerende, men der er pænt og rent! Morgenmaden var ganske fin og man kan bestille æg som ønsket. Eneste minus er, at man forventer poolhåndklæder på et hotel med fire stjerner - det skal man betale for. Derudover er sengene er smule hårde, men det er smag og behag. Ellers en rigtig god oplevelse og helt sikkert noget vi vil anbefale videre og besøge igen! Tak for det!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, hat guten seitlichen Meerblick (Osten), ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, hat freundliches Personal und ist ruhig gelegen. Auch der Strand sowie das Meer waren sehr sauber. noch nicht überfüllt und Liegen mit Sonenschirm inkludiert.. Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit einem sehr freundlichen Ober Francesco und guter Aussicht Richtung Meer. Der vorgelagerte Pool ist schön angelegt. Jesolo ist halt eine lange Einkaufsmeile aber zum relaxen in einer entspannten Umgebung sehr ok. Toll war auch die helle Tiefgarage zu einem vernünftigen Preis von 5 Euro/Tag. Kämen sofort wieder.

Ottimo Hotel, camere in perfetto stato e pulite. La vicinanza al mare è impagabile, da migliorare i tempi di attesa per il reintegro del cibo durante la colazione. Ottima la disponibilità del personale.

Trevligt hotell nära beachen.

Baka del Mar är ett mindre, välskött hotell precis intill strandpromenaden. Det ingår strandstolar och parasoll. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående, och vi trivdes förträffligt där. Rummen är enkla men härligt stora, och balkongen fin att sitta på på kvällen och njuta. Frukostbuffén är väl tilltagen utan att vara överdådig, och det finns något för alla smaker. Det är andra året vi bor på detta hotell.

Schöner Strandurlub mit Familie

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft schon positiv überrascht. 4*s in Jesolo zu so einem Preis damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen, Zimmer top ausgestattet, Frühstück internationaler Standard - nicht so wie in anderen Hotels in Italien übliche trockene Brot und schlechter Kaffee. Sehr empfehlenswert wir kommen wieder.

Gutes Hotel mit Schwächen an der Rezeption

Punkto Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Positiv: Auswahl und Freundlichkeit beim Frühstück Sauberkeit der Zimmer Negativ: Leider funktionierten aus technischen Gründen die Karten für die Zimmer nicht, was nicht weiter problematisch war, da wir einen normalen Zimmerschlüssel bekommen haben. Ebenfalls funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, was die Zimmer ziemlich heiß und unangenehm machte. Nach Urgenz an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass jemand die Klimaanlage überprüfen wird. Das wars auch schon. Keine Informationen und Rückmeldung. Nach Urgenz einen Tag vor der Abreise wurde uns gesagt, dass wahrscheinlich ab nächsten Tag die Klimaanlage wieder funktionieren wird. Das wars. Natürlich total unbefriedigend. Uns wurde weder ein Entgegenkommen für den Ausfall angeboten, und nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung ist dieses Problem wert gewesen. Außerdem muss man in diesem 4-Sterne Hotel für jeden Schmarrn extra bezahlen z.B: EUR 4,-- / Tag für Liegen am eigenen Hotelpool, EUR 5,-- / Tag für Autoabstellplatz, Fahrradverleih, etc. Will man am Abreisetag noch bis am Nachmittag die reservierten Strandliegen benützen erlebt man sein Wunder. Die Liegen sind am Abreisetag ab 10:00 Uhr bereits weitervermietet und für sich selbst nicht mehr benützbar! Man kann sich Liegen gegen ein paar Euronen wiederum mieten. Schade für dieses schöne Hotel
