Awesome Place, Awesome Host

Great apartment close to PATH

This is a fabulous apartment in a secure building close to Journal Square subway. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, laundry and lounge area too, we will definitely stay again!

Spacious apartment out of busy Manhattan

Roomy, kitchen is well stocked, very communicative host, easy check in process, beds are comfy (second one a tad small), secure, rooftop is amazing, gym is good. I found it quiet. Not far from Path station. Jersey has some great restaurants. Only negatives - floor not well cleaned in bathroom or under beds or couches, and water is only just warm enough and poor pressure (still ok though). Overall I would stay again because it’s s great space.

Spacious apartment near Journal Square

We stayed here twice during our recent trip to the US. The apartment was well equipped with comfortable beds. Checking in instructions were clear and our host Byron responded quickly to any questions I had. It is located close to the subway, so travelling to into New York was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Large aparment close to Parth train

This is a large apartment with stunning vieas of NYC, especiallly the world trade center. My family stayed here when we visited Manhattan over a long weekend. 2 nice sized bedrooms and a big kitchen/living area. Only 1 bathroom, so plan accordingly if multiple people need to shower. There is a second bathroom on the top floor in the rec room, which also has a great outdoor space to relax. There is a big TV with Netflix, and other streaming services. Parking was preyty easy. I left my car a few blocks away in the reside tial neighborhood. No restrictions on weekends. There were severl small cafes within a quarter mile. We had bagels on morning, and classic New York breakfast sandwiches the next day. The Path train is an easy 8 mon walk. At the station, there is a Starbucks, and other fast food option kids will enjoy. It is also in the city center. The Path train runs every 20 minutes and takes about 30 minutes to get to 33rd and 6th. It also stops at 9th, 14th, and 23rd plus another line that goes to the World Trade Center. Byron was easy to comminicate with. Any issues were solved quickly. This is a great option if you are looking to save money on an expensive NYC hotel. You also get more space and free parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Journal Square apartment

Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. Pictures of apartment are very accurate. Perfect for what we were looking for. Roof top is amazing-the view of NYC skyline was seriously beautiful. We sat up there for drinks both nights. Nice view outside of apartment balcony too. There was a lot of commotion both nights -late night- in the hallway (dog party) and outside on street but it’s the city. Overall good stay.

Great spot!

We loved our stay at Byron‘s place. It’s right around the corner from a coffee shop and a couple of really good breakfast places. It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. I would definitely stay here again, thanks Byron!!
