Very happy with our stay here. Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and free breakfast was very well done and very complete. Would stay here any time. Daughter’s family had a dog in her room and the dog is why we stayed here but we would stay here even without a dog guiding that decision.

Appears to need maintenance: 1) No functional toilet seat (Required 1.5 hrs to replace; no alternate accommodation offered); 2) No TV (full stay); 3) No internet (full stay); 4) Burned out lights. All this for $250/night.

Very nicely situated across from the Eagle Creek Reservation, a great place to walk or run, especially if you bring your dog to this dog-friendly hotel. The hotel is unusually pleasant. The rooms are nicely laid out, the hotel itself has a nice pool and breakfast room that doubles as a sitting room, a nice little library and there's a billiard table in bar. Great place for kids and dogs...

We are sorry your stay was unpleasant. That night was not a normal night, things had happened and unfortunately was beyond our control and tried our best to correct the issues.
