Location was very good for me, with access to nearby shopping.

Unfortunately we encountered a bug in the bathroom along with an unclean bathtub. The ceiling looked like it was leaking water. The room was uncleaned and the staff seemed satisfied with the conditions after speaking with them. I've stayed at a 2 star hotel that was up to par as far as cleanliness and staff for under $100. We paid over $200 for this hotel that we thought would be worth the cost and had a very disappointing experience that in no way was worth the price.

For the price I paid it felt like a motel rather than a hotel with more comfort. Layout of the first floor was backwards. Wouldn’t recommend here.

The place is pretty run down and is filthy. Smelled like mold all over the place.

Staff was nice at checkin and easy to find. Well lit entry and parking lot. Overall it is just really run down facility —the humidity throughout the hotel and smell of smoke very apparent. We just needed to catch about 5-6 hrs of sleep and then headed out so if that’s all you need it works. Otherwise high price for a low star place

Hotel is very run down. The first thing you notice is the awful smell when you walk into the lobby. It is also very hot, the AC didn’t seem to be on in the hallways and it was off in the room before we got there. It took all night to cool it down because it had probably been off for a long time. The hallways had wires strung from the ceiling, one of the two elevators was broken. The common areas were not clean at all, and the room was so so. It didn’t feel clean, but I’m not sure if that was just because our first impression was the hallway. The bed was fairly comfortable though. Looks ok from the outside, but needs some major renovations to the common areas (lobby and hallways). And the rooms could use it too.

Te staff was rude. They know nothing about customer service

This hotel is the best priced hotel in the area. It's not the Ritz, but for the money, it delivers.We've stayed here 5-6 times when we needed to be in the NYC area. Convenient entrance right on Rt 3 West.

Room not vacuumed, couch older than me, rusty tub drain, bathroom door broken and did not close. Sign says remodeled rooms but I'm guessing that was 1975. Very outdated and musty.

Was not greeted at all by the front desk and did not feel welcomed because of the poor, negative, and low energetic attitude he presented. Did not even get a smile. Also, I flew in from across the country and drove over an away and arrived around 1:00 PM and was told that check in wasn't until 3 PM and I would be charged $40 plus tax for checking in sooner. I had no where else to go so I took the early check in fee. No hot water and there was trash in the bathroom and by the TV from a previous tenant.

Nothing about this Hotel screams that I should come back.
