The hotel seems to be under construction, my rooms smelled like sewage (coming from the bathroom), there was no screen door (it was broken on the ground) to my 1st floor room, the steps to the backyard lead to a deep hole with 2 wood planks on top. The towels were very old. The AC system wasnt working. Maybe after renovations it will be better but for the price it wasnt worth it. The location is good, roght by the ocean, and if youre a gamer there are 2 huge computers and a TV in the room. There is a big bathtub which i liked. The bed is ok and its close to trails. You'll most likely have to drive for food and cafes though.

Loved the view

It had great views, and the price for a jetted tub overlooking the ocean was good value. The only thing that bothered us was the breakfast. The food itself was fine, but it was only available for 1 hour and it was early. (7:30-8:30). As they only provided the food for us to cook, I don't see why the time was so limited. Also, it was hard to find someone when food ran out before the end of breakfast.

가성비는 좋음. 스파는 최고인듯

가성비는 좋습니다. 첫인상도 좋았고요. 넓은 공간에 스파까지 있으니까요. 뷰도 바다뷰고요. 그치만 디테일면에서 아쉽습니다.리모델링을 한거 같은데 마감이 아쉽고 다 세월의 흔적, 낡은 곳들이 눈에 밟히네요.

사장님 죄송합니다.

화장실 배수구 물이 안내려가서 제가 직접 머리카락이랑 배수구 청소했습니다. 숙박업소 하시는 분들 다른거는 모르겠고 제발 배수구 청소는 꼭 해주세요. 숙소 안락하고 좋았는데 에어콘이 시원치 않아서 봤더니 먼지가 수북하고 곰팡이도 있네요. 스파 좋은걸 설명 잘해주시는 사장님께 죄송하지만 스파에 입욕제 넣지 말라는 설명 외에는 다른건 설명안해주셔도 될것 같아요. 그런건 종이에 설명적어서 두시면 될것 같습니다. 정말 죄송하지만 에어컨 곰팡이 때문에 긍정적인 후기를 못적겠습니다.

멋진 뷰~

외관은 해풍으로 인해 허름했지만 내부는 아주 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 스파도 좋고 뷰도 멋지고 아침 조식도 편히 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 편히 쉬고 즐기고 와서 좋았습니다.

리조트에 도착한 순간 실망감과 좌절이 파도같이 밀려오는곳이지만 프론트를 거쳐 복도를 지나면서 차원이 다른 숙박시설에 대만족을 느끼는곳입니다. 최고급의 백색대리석 바닥은 청결함을 한눈에 볼수있습니다.전체적 분위기가 백색인테리어로 천장이 높아 시원시원하며 조명과 소품모두 고급스럽고 테라스에서 보는 일출은 색다른 경험이며 별도 스파시설또한 올레캐슬 풀의 최고 장점입니다.단점이라면 바닷가 옆에 거물이라 해풍에 낡은 외벽과 부식된 난간이 처음맞이하는 고객들에겐 큰 좌절과 실망을 줄수있습니다.그러나 실내와 룸상태는 간결하면서 호사스런 최고의 시설입니다.강력추천합니다ㅎ

최악이었습니다.

여행 이후 귀찮아 하기도 하고 체감은 주관적인 것이기에 후기를 잘 안남기는 편이지만 여기는 후기 남길 수 밖에 없었습니다. 전체적인 만족도는 일단 10점 만점에 1점도 아깝습니다. 이곳에 10점을 주신분들은 무슨 생각으로 그리 너그러웠는지 이해할 수 없습니다. 제주 3박일정을 무척 우울하게 만들었던 곳으로 선지불이 아니었다면 아마 그날로 다른 방을 찾아봤을 겁니다. 다음과 같은 점이 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 1. 외관 - 사진은 엔틱한 느낌이지만 실제는 고어에 가까웠습니다. 철판 구조물이 모두 녹슨 상태였고, 그나마 관리되지 않아서 여기저기 철판이 부식된 가루가 떨어져 있었습니다. 2. 접객 - 입구에 사람이 있는 경우는 거의 드물었습니다. 항상 전화번호가 남겨 져 있었으며, 게다가 숙박을 3박을 잡았음에도 2박 밖에 안 잡혀 있다고 주장하기에 제가 예약된 증명 사본을 안가져갔다면 하루 노숙할 뻔 하였습니다. 들어오는 입구에 웰컴디저트(?)용도 인지 모를귤 상자가 있었으나, 말라비틀어지고 곰팡이 피어 안내놓는게 이미지에 더 좋았을 것입니다. 체크아웃시에도 이른 아침 체크아웃과 관련하여 절차를 물었을 때, 키를 전날 미리 반납받은 점도 유쾌하진 않았습니다. 또한 투숙시 만2세의 유아가 있었는데, 어느정도 큰 아이도 아니고, 3세미만의 유아에 투숙요금을 추가로 받는 경우는 처음이었습니다. 호텔스 닷컴에 자기네 기준표가 제시되어 있을거라고 해서 계산하고 후기남기며 확인해보니, 없었습니다. 이미 선불내논 돈이 있었기에 1일 1만5천원씩 총 4만5천원 추가 지불했습니다. 3. 실내 - 엘레베이터 없습니다.(이부분은 언급되어 있지만, 짐을 옮기는 걸 도와주진 않습니다.) 냉온풍기 켰다가 깜짝놀라서 바로 끄고 환기했습니다. 청소를 안한 듯 합니다. 침대커버 등 누렇고 위생상태 좋지 않습니다. 아기용으로 추가 이불 요구했을 때, 처음 준 이불은 곰팡이가 심하게 피어 있었습니다. 제차 요구했을 때도 곰팡이만 없었습니다. 욕조에는 죽은 파리가 굴러 다녔습니다. 수도꼭지와 손잡이 어느하나 삐걱대지 않은 것이 없었습니다. 블라인드도 피스가 아닌 철사등으로 고정되어 있어서 외관상도 좋지 않았고, 강도도 약하게 느껴졌습니다. 뭐 바다보면서 목욕이라도 하자라고 생각하고 위로하였으나, 마지막날 탱크에 물이 떨어졌다는 이유로 물이 안나와 샤워도 제대로 못했습니다. 전화해서 보조펌프 돌렸다고 10분후 조치될거라고 하였으나 30분이 지나도 여전히 안되고 화장실 물도 잘 안내려가는 상태였습니다. 4. 조식 - 조식은 셀프로 토스트 굽고 계란 후라이 해서 잼과 버터를 발라먹는 식에 주스가 매 아침 제공되었으나, 그마저도 주스는 오렌지주스가 맛이 좀 특이하고 톡쏜느 맛이 나서 탄산을 섞었나 하였으나, 다른 병에 담긴 것은 그렇지 않은것으로 보아 변질된 것으로 생각되며, 부탄가스가 떨어졌음에도 바로 조치가 되지 않아서 전화하였음에도 전화연결도 되지 않았고 직접 주방으로 찾아 갔을 때, 주방이 부엌겸 세탁실겸 창고로 사용됨에 경악하였습니다. 이 외에도 많으나 공간이 없네요.

제주캐슬풀리조트

일단 전반적으로 매우 만족했어요. 다만 저는 여자 홀로 여행이어서 안전문제가 많이 신경쓰였는데 숙소까지 가는길이 인적이 적고 분위기가 많이 으스스해서 특히 저녁이후로는 거의 돌아다니지않았어요 ㅠ 그리고 방에 안에서 가는 이중잠금장치같은거도 없이 번호잠금키를 전자키를 대면 바로 열리는 형식이라 안전문제가 많이 신경쓰였고 특히 일층은 뒷마당에서 베란다창문으로 아무나 들어올수있는구조여서 그것도 매우 신경쓰였습니다 ㅠ 그건 개선되면 좋을거같아요. 하지만 아침 저녁으로 방에서 바로 보이는 바다가 너무 멋지고 방에 있는 스파욕조가 너무 좋았어요. 그리고 함덕이나 월정리 해수욕장이랑 가깝고 교통도 괜찮아서 위치도 괜찮았고 차가 없었지만 우도까지도 선착장 근처까지 가는 버스가 있어서 이동이 어렵지않았어요. 방에 침구얼룩이나 좀 눅눅한점.. 구석구석의 먼지같은 청결문제는 좀더 신경써주시면좋을거같아요. 다음엔 친구들이랑 와보고싶네요 만족한 숙소였습니다!
