The best among the best. My wife and I had the most amazing experience during our stay in this hotel. All the personnel without exception was amazing, kind and very professional. They really know what service is about. My wife and I receive the most beautiful welcome and during our stay we felt like at home due to the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The in-room team did an amazing job to make us feel like we were in paradise. We made a good friend, Edwin, the security person. He is an amazing person. We left with a memorable experience. The staff provided Ritz Carlton service 100% from the front desk, bell staff, restaurant, and pool . We enjoyed a couple of the onsite restaurants. The food and service were all excellent. The location of the hotel was beautiful and very walkable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we ever visit Dubai again!

2nd visit to Ritz Dubai and have travelled to Ritz Naples many times in the past 15 years . My favourite current hotel and has improved considerably since my last visit in 2021. Tamoka is a fantastic evening restaurant at the hotel .

Room issue.

The first night I woke up to a completely wet floor from a leak, and the controle for the AC didn’t work. They did change my room, but no letter apologizing for the horrible night. They use to put flowers in the room, but not one flower. I have staid at this Ritz many times, but must say it was disappointing. The room staff were amazing and welcoming though.
