Villa Monte is a stylish, 2 bedroom detached villa set on a private lane, close to the resort centre of Javea. A great villa for couples or small families, you'll find everything you need just a 5 minute drive away. From the gorgeous sandy El Arenal beach, to the shops, restaurants and lively bars that run parallel to the coastline, what more could you ask for? Your villa comes complete with a well-designed open plan living space all on 1 level, and an impressive shaded terrace that overlooks the lush, green landscape and private pool - perfect for a refreshing dip under the Spanish sun! Pool heating, WiFi and air cooling/heating vents in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Monte is located on a private lane of a pretty complex in Javea. You'll be just a 5 minute drive from the Blue Flag El Arenal Beach, and the bustling promenade with all its shops, bars and various restaurants. For a gentler pace, the Old Town is a must - just 10 minutes' drive away. Get a true taste of the region and browse the colourful markets, enjoy local tapas dishes or simply wander the pretty cobbled streets. Further afield are the historic cities of Alicante and Valencia which are well worth a visit, or the unusual mountain top town Guadalest - all within 1 ½ hours' drive. Our villas Verde and Toscomar are both nearby.
