This is a secluded private property of an original Spanish Finca with a modern villa attached consisting of 6 AIR CONDITIONED bedrooms set in large private grounds with a large Swimming Pool. The pool also has a retractable cover which helps retain the temperature overnight. There is also a private orchard with citrus fruits, apples, figs ,grapes etc when in season which you are welcome to pick. In the covered terrace there is a pool table and table football game as well as ping pong table. There is also dining and seating areas. Ideal for 2 families as each of the units are completely self contained with their own secure private driveways but share the large grounds. The property enjoys complete privacy with plenty of parking and is a short distance away from local restaurants. The Javea Arenal beach is blue flagged and has lots of restaurants with all cuisines A short distance is the Javea Golf Club with its challenging 9 hole Golf Course, Driving range, tennis courts and restaurant, all open to the public. The supermarket selling fresh produce is just a short drive away. Historic Javea old town and fishing port are a few minutes away by car and also have a great choice of restaurants and sights to see.
