Villa Cereza is a beautiful 2-bedroom rustic and Mediterranean style villa, perfect for enjoying all the comforts with the family. Located in the Monte Verde Villa Complex with a common area for children with swings and slides.

The villa is distributed on a single floor which is accessed by a beautiful covered terrace. With American kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The exterior has a private pool with Roman stairs to better access, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy your stay.

With air conditioning and wifi.

It is located in the Tosalet area, close to large supermarkets and about 5 minutes by car from the well-known sandy beach El Arenal, with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars.

Playa del Arenal, located in the center of the bay of Xàbia, is the main tourist center and, without a doubt, the best known and most frequented by bathers, due to its fine sand and shallow waters.

Xàbia even today preserves its peculiar medieval layout, a network of narrow streets dotted with white facades, arched portals, Gothic windows and wrought iron lattices, all topped off by the characteristic “rough stone” of the area.

Estuvimos 2 semanas y no nos cambiaron las sábanas después nosotros tenemos un perro pequeño y entraron dentro de la vivienda a cambiar toallas si el perro hubiese estado ahí se habría escapado con el trauma.cinsiguiwnte para nosotros por lo demás tengo que dar las gracias al personal de mantenimiento y gerencias que ha sido excelente

Un poco cara para lo que es, aunque cumple con lo prometido

Tiene todo lo necesario, la piscina la limpian a diario y todos los días hacen trabajos de mantenimiento en el recinto. La casa estaba limpia y todo funcionaba bien. La zona es tranquila. Se encuentra en una zona de difícil acceso si no dispones de vehículo. El espacio del recinto esta tan bien aprovechado que tienes la sensación de estar encajonado. Un poco pequeña para el precio que tiene aunque no le falta ningún servicio.

Vacaciones en familia

Buen tamaño de piscina, todas las estancias en una sola planta, la terraza cubierta, el parking individual en frente de la casa y el tamaño de todas las habitaciones es lo mejor. En general la casa es ideal para pasar unos días en familia. No es la mejor ubicación, cuesta encontrarla y al estar en un pinar la piscina se llena todos los días de acículas de pino. No hay caminos peatonales para dar un paseo por los alrededores y es necesario el coche para todo.
