My stay at this hotel was great overall. The environment and landscaping was nothing but scenic. Great photo opportunities. The staff were super friendly and accommodating even with the slight language barrier. However, almost everyone understood me fairly easily. The food was also great with an extensive breakfast. My one complaint would be the cleanliness of the sofa could have been better. It was actually pretty, visibly dirty in our room. The room also had a somewhat “bland”, dull smell. Like there was no smell at all, no fresh, inviting smell. I can’t explain it more than that. We requested some sort of air freshener which was handled by housekeeping shortly after. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will return!!

The property is nice and well kept, staff are helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful. The two pools are nice especially the man made beach pool by the beach club. The only set back for me was the rental of the beach area every night for the week we were there to a private event. Music rattled our room every night till 1 or 2 am. On one of the nights was a fireworks show right outside our building. This really is the only complaint which ofc I assume is a one off situation.

The hotel was very good. The staff is quite square, meaning they don’t flexibilize anything. Overall everything is in good shape and condition. There are several options of restaurants, but only 1 belongs to the hotel; all others are independent. The breakfast is buffet style for USD 25 per person, but to be honest I didn’t think the options and variety justify the price.

The staff was good. The area around the resort is lower mid-class. Some noisy bikers like to roam the area before midnight . I never got any VIP perk as promised by Expedia .

Very nice place but very poor lighting in rooms. Room was rundown and floor wasn’t swept but otherwise clean. Volume on tv was on one setting which was very high and not able to lower it. If you need towels, ice, or anything else you have to get it from front desk. Staff was excellent and tried their best to accommodate our group ! I would stay again but make sure the room was cleaner.
