50 km to the south of Jyväskylä, lake Patalahti 400 m, a public beach in shared use.
A fully equipped two-storey villa in ski center Himos (built in 2013).
Ground floor: kitchen-living room, bedroom with two beds, sauna (electric stove), bathroom, toilet, covered terrace and a covered porch.
Upstairs: bedroom with two beds, bedroom with 4 beds (beds are positioned as two double beds. There is a divider bringing privacy), toilet.
Villa is equipped with among other things: ventilation with heat recovery, air source heat pump with cooling function in upper and the lower floor, broadband internet access, central vacuum cleaner, washer-dryer combination, remote-controlled house automation, access control inside and out, intruder alarm system, carbon monoxide and fire alarm system. In the kitchen in addition to standard amenities there is a induction cooker and microvawe oven.
High quality and fully equipped cozy cottage near all Himos services. Location is quiet and yet all amenities are within easy distance; HimosAreena 500 m, ski lift 500 m, golf course 500 m.
Next door there is a identical villa 11596 (if you book also villa 11595, then the place is suitable for bigger max 16 person groups). The next neighbor is about 100 meters away.
