This two story condo is located in a private gated community lake side by beautiful Lake Cumberland. It's the perfect getaway for a lake vacation and in a quiet safe community.

The property is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with brand new large refrigerator, two full baths, and two private bedrooms with brand new mattresses. Brand new leather couches in the living room. Two large High-Definition TVs with Dish Cable access available for viewing pleasure. Two private balconies with scenic view available for gathering and relaxing. It's truly one of the nicest and private condos at the resort. I-3 and I-4 are owned by the same family with your own private walkway.

Access to Lake Cumberland is minutes away and located at the entrance of Lake Cumberland State Park. Nearby Lake Cumberland State Dock, Jamestown Marina, Rowena Marina, Grider Hill, and Indian Hills Resort. Staying here you are only a short distance away the lake has to offer including boating, fishing, swimming, and destinations such as 76 Falls!
