What a phenomenal experience my family and I had at this resort! All of the staff members made my birthday celebration feel special and it’s one of the most memorable moment that I will always cherish. The villa was clean, organized and spacious enough for 4 to 5 people. Plus, the pool was right outside of our villa whenever we wanted to take a swim. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always fresh and delicious. If you love seafood I highly recommend trying the seafood platter. Without a doubt we would definitely stay at The Oasis Residence again. Thank you Mathew, Jacqueline, Alawi, Irene, Aman, Abdul and Telesa for being so attentive.

The reviews on this place did not serve it justice! I was blown away at the amenities that were not mentioned. When you arrive you are greeted with a welcome drink and cleansing towel. There is a restaurant on site and you basically get a concierge that you can message whenever you need something. They even provide a grocery list of things they can shop for you and will do your laundry (both for a fee). Shuttle to sister hotel to go to the beach was a good plus (no fee). Staff was friendly, attentive and make you feel at home. It was like staying in your own private residence with a chef and staff on hand. You can eat at the restaurant or have your meal delivered to your villa. The chef was very accommodating to our vegan diet and even made us desserts and dishes that were not on the menu. They are eager to change your bedding and towels and clean for you everyday. You get your own private fenced in green space and lounge chairs within feet of the pool. Good for groups. Massage space, gift shop. Walkable to beach, grocery, atm, shopping (15 min). They can also setup tours for you or help you get a taxi. Also, you can choose half board or full board when you arrive for an additional fee not mentioned with expedia. But Breakfast was included in our stay and the buffet had so many options along with a cooked menu you can choose from. They can provide shuttle to/from airport or ferry for a fee. Communicate with them early through Expedia to arrange shuttle.
