Receptionists are all so lovely - even though I speak hardly any bahasa. In a great location - most of the main central tourist attractions are a walk or short grab journey away. Breakfast spread is also fantastic

Value hotel..

I stayed for 5 days for work related and it was a pleasant stay. It's close to grocery/alfamart and lot of delivery service (grab, taxi etc). The rooms are little smaller and there is no iron box, or wardrobe to store clothes.

Not too good of room, shower floor not easy to drain water down, very small room , A lot India people there and alittle bit smelly on lobby hall since they gathered together over 20 person there every single days.

Dissapointing experience

Hotel has outlived it's best days. Room I got smelled really bad of stale and mold. When I asked for another room they told me first they had none, after my second attempt they chemanged my room to a room which didn't smell bad but it had window directly facing the wall (and a neon light outside the window to simulate natural light). They said they will have a normal room next day, which they didn't have. I checked out of hotel 1niggt earlier and just booked a normal hotel.

Comfortable rooms and lovely big rooftop pool. The breakfast was also good. The hotel wifi was a bit slow however - fine for messaging, but would not support video streaming / video calls. Overall a solid choice.

The TV in the room given to us was not working, the receptionist, Sella, graciously helped us move to another room which is more brighter and spacious. She has been very professional, also the manager (he) was very nice.

Not convenient location

The hotel staff want to be helpful but have very low English. Hard to make them understand. Very poor TV and the few English TV channels did not work well. No decent restaurants close by. Very basic amenities in the room. No hand towels and the bath towels were rough. No coffee or tea in the room. The breakfast was good and the pool area nice. Would not be back mainly because of their inconvenient location.

Great place, good price

Grand G7 (the one in Jl Garuda) is located at a great and safe location. The hotel and rooms are new, the breakfast is really great, and while I haven't gone to the pool area, I know my niece enjoyed her swim there. Many great food around at night in Jl Garuda. One small feedback: last time I stayed, I noticed that coffee and water heater are missing in the room, as well as tissue box. Overall, great place to stay whether you're travelling solo or with family, hoping they'll keep their price competitive as well. Will definitely come back when I'm around in Jakarta.

De kamers waren schoon en je kon zelf aangeven op welk tijdstip je je kamer verschoond en opgeruimd wilde hebben. Ook het personeel is zeer behulpzaam, vooral van het restaurant. Het zwembad op het dak is ook heel schoon met een leuke shop voor betaalbare drankjes. Mijn review is gebaseerd op prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
