日本語でのあいさつが徹底しており、インドネシアにいる事を忘れます。 併設する日本食レストランは朝食は可もなく不可もないレベルですが、昼食は色々選択肢があり値段もリーズナブルです。洋食レストランも肉は今一つですが、オムライスやパスタなどは美味しいです。 あとサウナ、露天風呂付大浴場もあり、快適です。また、１日５点まで無料のクリーニングがついてくるため三泊以上の滞在には有り難いです。

アーリーチェックインでしたがスムーズな対応でサービスも良く、ビジネスで来てなるべく無駄な手間をかけたくないケースでは助かります。挨拶がハキハキと（日本語で）してくれるので、何だか日本以上に日本らしいようにも思います。
