We stayed at 101 for 2 nights after we arrived in Jakarta before a 5 month trip around the region. It served our basic needs without being exceptional. PROS: - Air-con works very well - Comfy bed - One pool open until 11pm was nice to use - Staff very nice and helpful - Additional breakfast was nice, lots of options - 20 minute from shops and restaurants CONS: - We could only have a double bed in a Smoking Room so there was a bad smell and ash on the bathroom floor - Several cockroaches were in our room on arrival and throughout the 2 days - Main hotel pool only open until 1pm (use of second one in separate building) - Near very busy roads so walking not very pleasant Overall we were satisfied, you get what you pay for.

Room is good, service is very good, all staff are helpful and nice, food taste is good but not have much variants on main menu and dessert, swimming pool is small so feel uncomfort to swim when many guests are swimming.. Have good view from 11th floor which is has cafe over there and night view is awesome from there.. Overall good and comfort place to stay and will come back again next time.. Thanks

The only I like is the pool,, was very nice at the rooftop can see the view of Jakarta city, about the room for that price not enough facilities, they dont have safety box, fridge and hairdryer. The room need to be more clean, the wall paper was ripped they dont even check to fix before the cliet check in.

Very nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel. There are two buildings: one older and one new, each with its own swimming pool. The rooms in each building are about the same, both nice. In the newer building there is a rooftop pool and bar. It's pleasant to sit and enjoy food or beverage with a great view and live music. There is a ground-level outdoor courtyard between the buildings where you can order food and beverages. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety, and there is a manned station providing fresh-cooked eggs of your choice. Housekeeping was good, and the reception personnel was very respectful and helpful with any information and questions i had. I would definitely stay at Takes again.

Room was small but clean and staff are friendly. Good location for access to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Traffic can be overwhelming to reach other area but that's Jakarta. Wi-Fi is a big issue and signal is very unstable and cannot use it for work and/or social media. No hot shower :( breakfast also cold.

Good but just one thing.There are kitchen but they dont give any cooking tools such as spoon , fork or even pot . Then how can i cook anyway? Using a bowl? Bowl also dont have . and also please work on your cleanliness especially at your staff stairs.

Quite place and good location

Located just behind busy main street but because of a dead end road it is quite. There is old building and a new one. Booked for unit in old bldg and paid Rp 100K to upgrade to new bldg. Good parking space. Saw some small cockroaches in bathroom.

I arrived to Jakarta at 9pm and I informed hotel about the time of my arrival a few days in advance. However, they gave deluxe king room I booked and paid to somebody else and I got a room with 2 twin beds. When I asked about it, they told me I was late and if I want king room I need to pay extra

No frill hotel. Decent location

If your looking for a cheap hotel in the middle of town. Then this is it. Don't have high expectations on quality because you will be let down. It's not anything is particularly wrong with the hotel. It just is much more than a 2 star hotel.
