Lovely heritage hotel in a good location. Delicious food and a good view at night from their roof restaurant. Nice varied breakfast. Clean and tidy throughout. Didn't use the pool as not in a sunny area but looked clean.
I enjoyed my stay with family in Umaid Mahal. Breakfast was delicious as well as diverse. Staff was nice. Hotel was located far away from the well-known pink city. Had a wonderful view from the roof top terrace. We had dinner once there with real Indian entertainment, however, this was rather awkward than amusing. Rickshaw right in front of hotel but for an expensive price. Pool is noisy and really small. In conclusion, I want to recommend this hotel for people that want some luxury after a long day in the busy streets of Jaipur.
Lovely place. Stayed one night. Food very good. Rooms nice. Lovely decor. Would recommend . . .staff very helpful. Nice roof top restaurant. Authentic feel to the place. Nothing negative to say about it..
The room and hotel was great. Excellent facilities and all very clean! We had room service which was great l, and a nice change from Indian food, and we took advantage of the cleaning service. The hotel isn't the cheapest but for what you get it's good value for money.
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms are nice and small. It's like everything in a zip box. Most of the staffs are Nepali & very helpful. Only once we had food there and quality is really good. They provide free breakfast but less variety. Anyway it's a decent stay.
We spent 3 nights here and found this hotel to be really good, loved all the décor and the staff were all wonderful. The rooftop restaurant was really good, staff wonderful there also. The room was a bit noisy but mainly due to some construction work going on next door and the aircon unit. Location good but do need transport to go anywhere. That was always prompt when requested. Loved our stay and would stay again.
Amazing place to stay and with good food and location. Staff is very good and polite specially ayush in restaurant and very helpful. Very reasonable and centrally located for market and other places. Good food but little bit expensive.
Big rooms, very clean, great showers, excellent restaurant with Indian music and dancing every night, staff were excellent and very helpful in what ever I needed, organised a driver for the day, recommend
The hotel is located very close to the Railway Station and Bus Station but presence of multiple hotels with similar names makes it little difficult to trace. The hotel tries to offer multiple amenities but in a very compact manner. This place definitely has a royal touch in the decor but it doesn't have that royal feel at all. The staff were helpful but little laid-back types. The person on the front desk was very helpful and had great knowledge about the place and its history. I found the food range to be decent but not very good. Price-wise this definitely a nice choice, but for ones who would like to experience the royalty of Rajasthan, there are better options available in Jaipur.
Beautiful building.Suitable place for families with children. Friendly and helpful staff.Good size and clean rooms. Breakfast menu was limited and could be improved. Need better maintenance in the bathroom.
