A special mention to the FOM, his service was truly top class. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he made our stay feel effortless and memorable. I was quite surprised that the room had no window or natural light, which felt unusual for a hotel in Jaipur. I believe the team may need better to balance the needs of individual guests and tour groups to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. The property's overall upkeep needs improvement, and the breakfast quality fell short of expectations. I believe they need to up their game. I will avoid this property for now
