The room was great and spacious. The staff took immense care in cleaning the room everyday and left it spotless. The food at Zing was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you want stay away from the bustle of Jaipur old city :)

I reserved two room. One room had better lightening than the other. I complained and asked to be fixed, they keep sending different staff and none of them understand English. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting from your phone. I went to the front desk to complain a few times and they don't seem to be able to comprehend a full sentence in English. They only understand "yes, okay, I will help, I send someone". Full sentence to understand the issue is a no. I would never recommend this hotel. I booked it because the name carry value but the service and hotel sucks. I stayed at other 4-5 start hotel in India whose name was unfamiliar to me as an American and I have better treatment and services. Please think twice before spending alot of money on this hotel. Also, they never have the lamb chops to serve.
