Room service is expensive 102 for breakfast for coffee, scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy, 2nd order was an omelet and linked sausage with wheat toast and coffee, pineapple and grapefruit juice to drink. How about 50.00 bucks plus tip?!

Our entire stay was Amazing!! Food, pools, drinks, EVERYTHING!

I loved Amelia Island Omni. We stayed there this past Valentines weekend and it was truly amazing. The staff was so courteous and the tram drivers were so quick to pick us up at every location. We will be back in a couple months.

The room was nasty. Has to clean tub and sweet floors myself. Sad we were going to bring our kids to stay a week in April

I checked in at around 8:30pm and the check-in process was ad-hoc and unprofessional. I booked a room with ocean view but there was no ocean view from the room. The location was very distant and terrible.

We loved the ocean view from our condo. The condo itself was super-clean!

Enormous property which has EVERYTHING. Golf cart rental made it easy to navigate. Staff was extremely friendly, but surprisingly consistently slow and non-responsive at the poolside restaurant. Twice we waited 10 minutes after being seated before waitstaff came to take drink orders. This, while a cluster of three employees stood and chatted at the podium. Food was also pricey. Drinks were reasonably priced. Buyer beware. Beach access and pool were wonderful. We used the grills on property to prepare our own Independence Day feast. The villa was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and convenient. We will return gain and again!

Omni has done a fantastic job of incorporating hotel, villas, and restaurants seamlessly with the natural beauty of the Island. The bike trails, walking trails, and especially golf courses were totally in harmony with nature and it was refreshing, relaxing, and rennovating

Shabby room for deluxe price. Poor shuttle service. No maid service. Two days of coffee for a 3 day stay. No microwave.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and were very pleased. We took our bikes and rode around the grounds and the island. Had an anniversary dinner at the Veranda restaurant and were very happy with the service and the meal.

Rough start, our 3 bedroom villa oceanview was out of service. Given a 3 bedroom house near golf course. I spoke to Eva, manager and she gave us food credit and upgraded us to a gorgeous 3 bedroom oceanfront penthouse. View was beautiful but balcony in my bedroom faced the marshland. I would highly recommend a car rental for visiting downtown and off site restaurants. Resort eating was delicious but quite expensive.

Room was a dump and in such an inconvenient location that I had to pay a $75 per day upcharge for a livable room.

It was a nice hotel by the beach, but they failed to tell us the pool was closed outside of Tirtle Dunes. I chose this site so I would not have to shuttle to the hotel pool

We had a wonderful time, the place was amazing, we stayed in the Beachwood Villas which was beautiful. Can't say enough about this place and all of the staff were brilliant

Nice hotel on the beach. Great amenities and restaurants!

The staff was amazing. Emily from concierge helped us out tremendously!
