This must see condo is located in Deer Run community of Sawgrass Country Club is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Spacious open floor plan with lots of natural light! Large screened in back porch over looks country club golf course and has expansive views of those beautiful morning sunrises! 3rd bedroom can convert to a king. Chair in office converts to single person for 7th person. This rental is located close to the shops and restaurants of Ponte Vedra Beach. Close proximity to Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach dining, nightlife, Historic St Augustine (30 min drive down scenic A1A), Jacksonville International Airport (45 minutes).
