On our first night , Thursday evening , the original room had a strong and unpleasant odor , to the point my wife refused to stay in it. As a result we upgraded to a larger two-room suite.
That same night, we discovered that the refrigerator and the heater in the suite were not working , and the coffee pot was visibly unclean. The next morning we reported these issues to management. The staff responded promptly by replacing both thermostats , replacing the refrigerator , and providing a new coffee pot. We appreciate that these were addressed.
While the issues were resolved , we were not offered a reduced rate or any adjustment for the first night despite the inconveniences experienced. The two-room suite itself was comfortable , well equipped , and free of odor , and the staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process and the rest of our stay.
